Pickup was super easy and quick. You don't get the exact car you booked, but instead choose from the available options in the car class you reserved. In our case, we were able to choose from one of four available mid-sized sedans and the Hyundai Elantra we chose was clean and reliable. Drop off was equally easy, although following GPS directions to the car rental return was a little tricky but that has nothing to do with Alamo per se. So if you are riding the fence like we were, we would recommend them for your car rental needs.

Well worth the money for the service I received. I spent too much time researching where to rent a car. I am not that trusting of all the positive reviews I see. I read the negative reviews on the "free shuttle " renters, (and I had used them in the past) and was very hesitant to go there. This place got good reviews and the distance from the airport is about the same as the shuttle places, but instead if being in a dumpy industrial area south of the airport, it is in a nice commercial area west of the airport ( it is in the same building as a Chili's restaurant, a few hundred feet from the well known Metrpol restaurant and very close to 2 major hotels) A nice area and a very easy place to get an uber or cab. (as of this writing Lyft is not available in the area ) I did not have to show an insurance card for them to waiver the insurance, and they only charge the toll card on the days it is used. The price they quoted was the price I paid! Overall you will save grief aggravation and money if you use them. My motivation for writing this is 1) Marlene and Kevin really impressed me (and having run 2 service businesses I am well aware of how people treat their customers) and 2) to let people know that you can go off airport, and get a good deal from a reliable reputable company without any hassle.

An upgrade with $30 for a SUV or Jeep Wrangler. They will let you pre-pay gas is $47. Gas is about $0.80/liter. $308 for 3 days, a tad expensive for 3 days. They will give us 10% off at the end our drive. Not bad. Rentals are all located on the 2nd floor. Staff on the parking level will tell us what our car will be. Easy to grab and go here. Pick a car in your segment and go. Either a newer Hyundai Elantra or a Kia Forte. Some visible scratches on the hood, back and the right side. It's a bit beat up, but mostly superficial. Not bad so far. Prices are higher than expected or normal for rental. Car is mid-size, low level and not too peppy, but it at least gets us around.

They communicate constantly. I didn't wait for more than two minutes when they showed up with the car and the keys were handed over to me and I was on my way. I kept the first Chrysler Pacifica, which was absolutely perfect brand new and spotless for one week with my family. After my family returned to the US I changed cars to a Honda pilot and that changeover was also seamless. The Honda pilot was brand new spotlessly clean, and performed flawlessly.
