Anyways I get my car and when I get in the highway I notice the mirror is loose to where I can't properly see out of it. So i go back a few days later ( because it was affecting my ability to see and safely switch lanes) so they give me another car. I get in that car and drive almost two hours to Parguera. On the drive I notice the vehicle has a severe loose suspension part because as soon a as I hit 50 mph it started chargin shaking bad. So I figure ill just take it easy and return out the next day since I had scheduled a bioluminescent bay boat tour. I go on the tour and when I go to get back in the vehicle I see something moving. There are roaches all over the car. This is where y son being special needs and having severe cerebral palsy comes into play. Because of his cerebral palsy if he has an itch he is unable to scratch. So if a roach was to crawl all over him go in his mouth or ears he wouldn't be able to swat it off. So I called allied immediately and informed them of the situation and explained that I can not put my son in that vehicle because of the risk. I asked them to at least send out another car or send the tow truck with another car and take the one I have. They refused to. They said they could not help me because there was no one to authorize that and that I would have to drive an hour to aguadilla to pick up another car. By this time i had spent over and hour and a half trying to get a car from them. In the end i had to drive to aguadilla risking my sons health. ( and yes something got to him because his ear was red so i used baby oil t in case it was in his ear to kill whatever got in there and flushed it) so i pick up the car and had plans for the following day at 1pm. I figured maybe my son will fall asleep on the ride home. Well that was impossible because the road noise was ridiculous ( obvious sign of over inflation on the tires) so my don didn't sleep and by the time I got back to San Juan it was 3am. Needless to say my son didn't get up on time for us to make the boat tour I had set up at 1. I go to autozone and get a tire gauge. The right side of the vehicle tires are inflated to 70 and 72psi and the left side to 90 psi. These people are incompetent and are going to cost someone their life if they haven't already. I am planning on escalating this matter. All I got when I returned the car on May 17th was an I'm sorry. That's not good enough for my son and any other people that may go rent a car from them and have their lives put in danger because of incompetence. I have photos and video of all of this. I only made this a five star because i know how these algorithms work and 5 stars will be at the top.

I prepaid for my car rental and purchased collision insurance with Priceline. No one answered the…read moreinitial three times I called. When I called them after I booked I was told $250 would be held on my credit card if I prepaid. Everything changed when I got the counter. Priceline does not send any documents and collision does not include liability. I was told if I used my own liability insurance it had to be for a vehicle that was 2018 or newer and they would hold what ever my deductible was as the deposit. Then another lady the deposit would be $500. Priceline never sent me proof of the insurance with policy number so I had to purchase their insurance but my deposit was only $250 by doing that. The insurance charge was $153 for 4 days. Then tolls. The form says $3.50 a day plus charges. I used three days of tolls and was adding them up each time I was on the road. $1 here, $1.75 here. Maybe $16 but I was charged $21. The shadiest thing I realized was the initial receipt I was text showing how much was charged is virtual and changed. I glanced at it but I should've taken a screenshot. FYI- they are not itemized receipts which is another red flag! The final receipt was text to me and it matched the initial receipt. I sent a woman from my tour group here and now I feel awful. The initial daily rate isn't worth your peace of mind.
