This location is a full service branch. They usually have at least 2 tellers working at all times,…read moreand sometimes more at busier times. The line for the tellers gets really busy on Thursdays and Fridays during lunch time, as lots of people come to cash their checks then. So, try to avoid that time if possible, or be prepared to wait. They also have employees in closed door cubicles if you want to open or manage checking, savings, or other accounts. They offer safe deposit boxes on site. This location also has an outdoor ATM machine to cash checks or grab a few $20's outside of regular business hours (or if you prefer to avoid human interactions). It's enclosed and you need to swipe your debit card to gain access for your safety.

I normally just go in here for self-service machines, but I went up to the teller today. He was nice and the transaction was fast. I was lucky with lines and there wasn't a wait (it was raining and is a holiday). Convenient location if you work in the downtown Paterson (by the civic buildings, city center mall, dmv, etc).
