I also experienced a surprised effect of good spinal alignment; my digestion improved which allowed me to lose weight. Physical therapy is not for the weak of heart though, you have to do the homework assigned to you by the physical therapist. Also, good communication about your symptoms helps Dr. Nebben make correct adjustments. Some pain is expected as you realign, so don't be discouraged.
