As others mentioned, it is very small. But, friendly and pleasant staff, and variety of grab and go options, mostly, and a working illy coffee machine. I sat at the bar, got wine, and worked on my laptop. I would stop by again if I needed to. The four stars mostly for the size and food options. Five stars for staff.

It's not the biggest lounge, but it has some decent food and drink options. Depending on the time of day, this place can get crowded. It's a nice quiet place to lounge while awaiting your flight. I'd recommend if you have the opportunity.

We popped in to await our flight and I decided to challenge Kristi, the bartender, to make me something sweet and fun! Out came the most amazing cosmopolitan! Thanks Kristi! We love Minneapolis!

As said by others, this is a small club but it still has all the usual amenities including free drinks, Milano cookies, wrapped cheese and crackers. And free wifi. If you're spending time at the airport, it's well worth the cost of peace and quiet. A "day pass" also allows you access to any other United clubs on your travel that day. Located between gates E6 and E8, which was conveniently next to my flight to Chicago O'Hare.

This United Club now holds the distinction of being the smallest United Club I have ever visited. The crown previously was held by the United Club at Orlando Airport, but this UC makes the one in Orlando look palatial in comparison. Men's restroom is tiny, and is a one person restroom. The place was packed when I arrived. I just barely found a place to sit. After I arrived, people were coming in and then turning around and leaving because there was no place for them to sit! Minneapolis-St. Paul deserves a much larger and modern United Club!

Very small and often closes its doors to one-time pass holders (e.g., if you get a pass by virtue of using a United charge card). To say we were disappointed is putting it mildly as we had two hours before our flight.

Standard apples and bananas were the fruits offered, with cheese cubes and rolled up lunch meat and other charcuterie items behind the fruit bowls. The pita was standard off the shelf bread. There's a make-your-own salad bar with the usual toppings, along with premade sandwiches. Warm food included chicken noodle soup, butter chickpeas, spicy roasted potatoes, roasted BBQ chicken, and basmati rice. The potatoes were a bit raw and crunchy, but the chickpeas over rice was pretty flavorful. The chicken noodle was pretty standard. Sweets included scones and doughnuts. There was coffee, tea, and canned soft drinks. I didn't have much time so I didn't check out the bar. There was plentiful seating when I visited. One odd thing was that you have to exit the lounge for the washrooms. I merely walked in the entrance when getting back. I guess if you don't have luggage they assume you've already checked in and know where you're supposed to be?

The space itself is enormous with tons of seating, which makes it easy to find a comfortable place even when it's busy. The decor is classy, modern, and really well designed and thought out. It feels more like a high end hotel lounge than an airport space. The bathrooms deserve their own mention because they are shockingly nice and incredibly clean! The food and drink options are fantastic. The buffet always has great choices and it stays well stocked. I have been here for both breakfast and lunch and both were excellent. There is a huge variety of non-alcoholic beverages available and the bar offers a wide range of complimentary drinks and the bartenders do a great job. The staff here really help elevate the overall experience. Everyone is friendly and helpful and they are great about clearing plates and glasses from your table so the space stays clean and comfortable. One of the coolest features is the sky deck. It is bright, spacious, and even has its own bar which makes it a great place to relax before a flight. My favorite seats in the entire space, however, are the gold chairs facing the windows in the main lounge area. These chairs are perfectly positioned so you can watch the planes come and go. I always try to grab one of those. If I am flying out of Terminal 1, I do not care where my gate is, I am coming here. I have even shown up to the airport three hours early just to spend more time in this lounge.

The agents do magical things when things go wrong. The Cole Freestyle was a pain and replacing it with a regular fountain was a good change. I do miss the gelato machines. The food has settled into a pattern similar to most clubs. Fine, but not great. The crowds have picked up some, but this is still the least crowded clubs in MSP.

Their food is perfectly good, service is friendly and attentive, and atmosphere is welcoming (especially to be removed from the chaos below). FOOD: I've had their ready packed salads (which are quite cheese heavy but still a quick, reasonable airport option) and their buffalo chicken salad (which was flavorful and just provided a good meal during travel). SERVICE: they are always friendly and attentive BATHROOMS: there are bathrooms attached so you don't need to fully leave the restaurant to venture into the airport AMBIANCE: best part-- it's separate from the airport and elevated so much more chill. Highly recommend this as a reason to stop if you're in need of a meal.

I used mine to get an omelette breakfast that exceeded my expectations. Just a really nice, fresh, cheesy omelette. Without that credit it would be overpriced just like everything at the airport, but still that was very yummy. I think that without a card/membership that admits you for free, it is $25 to just come in and use the lounge. There are separate areas to this lounge. One is a bar and restaurant, and there is also a shop with golf-type stuff. Seating is comparable to a family restaurant and it overlooks the central concourse. Then there is the quieter, more lounge-y section. You can get the same food/drinks whichever side you choose. And there are golf simulators! That's not my scene but I imagine golfers will appreciate this option. Seems expensive to me, $40 for a half hour, but maybe that's normal and I just don't like it because I'm not a golfer. But I'm thinking about that omelette and thinking I should return and use my $15 credit toward some lunch or dinner.
