This Delta SkyClub is one of three (I believe) at MSP. we were greeted with a smile and made to feel welcome right away. Plenty of seating, with several different types of seating, depending on what you were wanting to accomplish. The food selection was sort of odd for breakfast but I still found something to hold me over til I got to my destination. I did appreciate the fresh lemonade with fresh blueberries and a few flavored syrups to customize your drink. read more

A good place to relax while waiting for you next flight. The food selection is pretty good and once again I can't speak about the adult libations since I don't drink alcohol. You have you usual selection of proteins and veggies and of course the coffee and tea and sodas. The dessert is good as well so it's a matter of timing breakfast, lunch, or dinner time. Overall the food will be better than your typical airline food. The lounge has good WiFi so you can update your social media or do some work. Staff is super friendly read more

Excellent sky club in MSP near the G gates. The layout is excellent, with a variety of spaces from secluded, individual seating to an open atrium. There are two bars, in addition to a food station centrally located amidst the various seating areas. Food was good, and bar service was excellent. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained, with brand new fixtures and those amazing European stalls that give total privacy. Between the many options for work or relaxing, this is definitely one of the nicer Sky Clubs I've been to. Way to go, Delta and MSP! read more

It's no secret that my favorite airline is Delta. I like the service, the flight schedules, and the many perks it offers. One such perk is having access to its more than 50 sky lounge club locations. While in Minneapolis on November 1, I visited the Delta lounge there. I was headed to San Francisco from Chicago and welcomed the layover. It gave me an opportunity to relax while enjoying snacks and beverages. The lounge has a full bar, beverage and coffee center, a buffet, salad bar, fruit stand, dessert station, chips stand, etc. It's nice and welcoming to weary travelers. Additionally, the Sky Club offers free high-speed Wi-Fi and the cleanest and most relaxing restrooms, too! There are severals ways to access the lounge for free: Have Delta's Gold or Platinum Medallion status when traveling internationally on Delta or a SkyTeam airline. Be an American Express Platinum Card member and present your boarding pass to the ambassador upon entry. You can also bring one guest with you for free or for a fee depending on your card status. Overall, it is worth it. I gave this Club 4-stars because the location was small and didn't offer the same things, especially when compared to the Sky Club in Seattle (which I totally love). If you don't have a membership, I suggest looking into it. It is totally worth it! read more

I love the delta sky clubs as a general rule. Great place for work trips because there are plenty of places to set up camp, enjoy an unlimited buffet, and a free cocktail from the bar. This one in particular had some pretty yummy food items like garlic Parmesan rolls and cheesy bacon potato soup. read more

Giving this club a 4 - as the new rule about 3 hour limits are making us regular customers mad! Hope they reverse that ! This specific club tho is top notch - food is great - space is comfy and varied. Some desks / some comfy chairs / windows looking over the runway. Something for everyone- I enjoyed the dinner selections and enjoyed it. Soup / salad / pasta and other options really make the experience positive. That 3 hour rule though - I am rethinking my membership for next year -($545 a year). read more

Delta Sky Club is definitely one of the better lounges among all the others. It is very spacious, has a bunch of delicious food, and a kickass view of the runways. Most importantly, I believe it might be the only lounges located in the domestic terminals. However, I had a hard time entering the lounge because I did not bring my physical Amex card with me, and did not link it to my SkyMile account. I was initially denied entry straight up because one of the delta employees was simply too lazy to let me know all I had to do was to log in through my phone and link my Amex card with my account. I was very lucky since another staff happened to hear our conversation and gave me the detail instructions on how to link my card. Delta definitely needs to train its personnel better. Thanks to the second staff my day was saved. Overall I enjoyed the lounge while waiting for my flight. read more

With Minneapolis being a major Delta Hub (legacy from its purchase of Northwest Airlines which I flew a lot when living in the Midwest), there are two large Sky Club lounges. We had a long layover (4 hours), so decided to use the smaller of the two (this one) near the C gates where we arrived. Delta has been dealing with overcrowding in their lounges, so we verified the crowdedness using the Delta app and walked over (it is located between Gates C11 and C12. Unlike LAX, there are no self-service kiosks to checkin...one has to wait for the next available associate to check us in...but it didn't take too long. It's a nice lounge, with a lot of separate nooks and seating areas. It has a really nice, manned bar (supernice) where you can get the usual Delta service (a lot of the drinks are complementary, some cost extra), though they didn't have any draft beer. On the other side of the lounge were two buffet food tables: one with cold (vegetables, salad...really love their potato salad, hummus and pita) ; the other one with hot (two soups: veggie chili and chicken cream rice; and meat dish of barbacoa, plus various cheeses and charcuterie). Everything was good: I made a version of beef chili by combining the chili with the pulled beef, and it turned out delicious (enough for me to get two large bowls of it to make a decent dinner). Another thing I really like about the MPLS lounges is that they have a healthy supply of bagged chips, peanuts, and other things that you can easily take on the go. It's great for bringing different snacks onto the Delta flight, to break the mototony of biscuits, almonds, and Sun Chips. The wifi strength is fast and strong. The views are OK. The bathrooms =are not large...only a few stalls, which surprised me with the number of people the lounge can hold. But there was no wait, so they must have planned it correctly. So yeah...the lounge near F/G is nicer, but this one seems to be less crowded. And the food/drinks are similar enough...so would recommend to just go to the one that is closest and/or most convenient. read more

I had a stop over and checked out the lounge during the hour I had. The receptionists working that day were all so welcoming and made sure I knew where everything was before I even walked in. Additionally, by the reception desk, they had bananas and apples to take on your way out along with a wrapped mask with hand sanitizer. The lounge is spacious and the employees are so attentive. There's plenty of space, a fire place, and desks setup for a business center. They are constantly making sure there is food and the tables and chairs are clean! In terms of food, there is an open refrigerator that had individually packed hummus and chips, fruit cups, salad, potato salad, and even two kinds of pudding cups! In the room far in the back there were rice krispies, chips, and a soda dispenser. Closer to the front, there was even more food and a coffee/tea/infused water set up. There was an assortment of quality brand individually packaged cookies, brownies, blondies, and rice krispies. Additionally, there was an alternative version of healthy cup noodle and pad thai. The bathroom was average size, but very clean! I definitely took an assortment of snacks with me on the way out! And it was very close to the tram to the other side of the airport if your gate is not close by. I would for sure come back and do a stop over at this airport again at this lounge! read more

Minneapolis airport... every Delta flight I take connects through MSP. The good news is it feels like home away from home. The skyclubs are in F and C - C offers an open self-serve bar with limited food options in a dated space, with 50/50 defective charging stations- F offers a wider selection with a more open, modern space & ample charging. Today I was in "C" for about 5hrs. I had butternut squash soup, a spring mix salad, chocolate chip cookie, after midnight red wine & lonely blonde ale - all self-serve. The layout is unintentionally retro (genuinely dated), with compartmental seating areas that are cozy. The tables have built in outlets - good luck finding a fully functional one. There is a changing room you can get access to. The news is usually on the tv in the self-serve liquor area. There is an area with a fireplace with a tv playing relaxing images silently. I would love to see this club updated, though I'd hate to hive up the self-service... I usually find myself toggling between the C and F clubs. read more

This is the 2nd Sky Club at MSP, midway down the C concourse and is meant to service the A,B,C,D and E concourses where all the regional flights and non-Delta airlines are gated. In other words, it is not their flagship club and it does come across as the red-headed stepchild in need of some plastic surgery and hair coloring. Everything about it is a notch down from the Sky Club at the F/G concourse intersection. It has less seats and the seats are old and somewhat mismatched. The refreshments and food they have are all self-serve and a downgrade from the F/G Sky Club. There is no bartender (maybe that is a good thing is you like to pour them strong) but also no premium spirits to choose from. Their food options are less (you can get pretty much full breakfast at the F/G Club but only continental breakfast at this one) and it seem like they are chronically short on seats and space. Nevertheless, it beats sitting out with the flotsam and jetsam of the main terminals and you can still get a great Starbucks cup of coffee or espresso style beverage here as well as reading material, high speed wi fi, etc. The staff here are always great as they are almost everywhere within the Delta system and despite it being a bit worn and rougher around the edges than other Delta Sky Clubs, you won't catch me being an elitist and bad mouthing it. I'm always grateful to have the respite of an airline club to hang in when I am on the go. read more

This place was great! I super appreciated that they actually offered a good amount of packaged food so that you could get it to go. It's always such a luxury to be able to take some thing away onto the plane with you. Personally, I was most excited about the chip collection. Cheddar and sour cream ruffles being my top choice. But the bite of the chicken wrap my husband got was delicious, too! I think that my kids most enjoyed having milk to drink as well as chips with salsa and pita bread with hummus. My husband's favorite was probably the vegetarian chili. I also grabbed some of the packaged cookies and brownies to go. The salted caramel type one was totally bomb! Also, the lady at the front desk who checked us and offered both of my kids a coloring book and crayons! I've never gotten that anywhere else and it was such a treat for them! The only "complaint" I could make is that the fancy coffee machine with your features a bunch of espressos or lattes or steamed milk, wasn't functioning on our visit. As a major hub for Delta, they have a couple of Sky Clubs in the Minneapolis airport and this one happened to be right next to my departing gate. I am a Diamond in Delta's program and so I get to access the Sky Clubs. Woot! Connecting from Vancouver and on to Washington, my flights only had snack baskets. So to be able to stop in here and get a decent nibble was great. Delta's really upgraded the snacks and food in the Sky Clubs lately and it's awesome. Tonight, a decent pasta salad and some chicken salad mixed in. Chocolate cookies for dessert. Self-service liquor. The club is laid out well with lots of corners and smaller rooms that really help to break up the noise. Single seats, most with tables and all with nearby power outlets. Delta knows what's what. From the outside, being part of the modern and light-filled C Concourse, your expectations are that you'll be entering a modern, up-to-date lounge. From the inside, you find yourself transported back in time, to what I'd call a 'well-worn' look. The furnishings reminded me of the US Airways lounges of yore, with a lot of creaky chairs and somewhat banged-up furniture. The space feels closed-in, and I found myself leaving the lounge after about 15 minutes, favoring a ride on the tram and a slow walk around the Lindbergh terminal to pass the time. That said, the front desk staff is quite friendly and accommodating, making me feel quite welcome and making sure that I had everything that I needed. The food offerings are similar to what you'd find in other Sky Clubs and definitely much better than AA's, AS's, or UA's food. A gleaming self-service Starbucks machine whips up your espresso drink of choice in an instant, a nice perk (get it?) in the middle of a long journey. Finally, who doesn't appreciate an open bar? That's another key differentiator with the competition. So, three stars for the food, drink, and staff, with stars withheld for the uncomfortable furnishings and layout. Long layover? Of the Delta clubs I frequent which are many, this is one of the larger and more plush Delta clubs I have been to. Having said that, my one complaints would be the limited breakfast which didn't include any hot items like scrambled eggs and oatmeal which is common is most every other club I've been to. The staff here, however, is something special because I witnessed them getting guests drinks, walking around to make sure everyone is doing fine and even checking for an upgrade for a guest and coming back to his seated area to bring his upgraded ticket. Check in was unpleasant, as the had the ill-informed host who wasn't aware of rules and not very friendly...I guess it is Minnesota with the curmudgeon as the host and sensing there's some underlying bias, as I see it now living in Texas. On the positive note the bartender, Bonnie makes the best Bloody Mary's that rival even the best in the nation, spicy and strong. The other staff was the most pleasant and welcoming! Delta prides itself in customer service, and one would think they would have the host as the first point of contact be best in class, and am surprised they wouldn't have someone that prides herself on Delta's principle of premiere customer service or at a minimum common curtesy. read more

This C Concourse Delta Sky is a middling club. As other have commented on, in need of a refresh and update. Yet, the layout does allow some "privacy seating." Since the MSP airport is so updated and spacious, these clubs at this airport are really not needed and certainly not better than many of the public restaurants, clubs and seating areas. read more

4 stars for a cozy retreat and open bar. I travel frequently and always use a Sky Club to get away from the hustle and bustle of the airport during long layovers. This Sky Club offers all the standards: snacks, coffee, an open bar, clean bathrooms, workspace, and plenty of seating to relax and spend a layover. I was fortunate enough to secure a seat by the fireplace (idyllic during a December trip) which also happens to be located right by the bar (idyllic at anytime). The bar is self-serve, which is fine with me but some may prefer a bartender to mix their drinks. The food service was a bit limited, but everything I had was tasty and the buffets were clean and well-organized. read more

This is a fine spot to do it. Open bar, snacks, and coffee readily available. Not full meals, but it certainly beats those loud, crowded restaurants in the airport. Ample seating is available that will not have you rubbing elbows with your neighbors. Staff was friendly and pleasant. No issues upon entering. Old glasses, newspapers and junk was cleared away with gusto. Private workstations, changing rooms and clean bathrooms during our visit. On a side note it is pretty disturbing to see so many people leave all their trash on the tables as they scamper off. Trash receptacles abound only a few feet away. Is this the best Sky Club in Delta's system? No, but it is one of the few remaining ones with a self serve bar. For that very reason it gets one star alone. Like others have said, this is the older and not the renovated one, which is good, because this one tends to be less crowded than the one by F/G concourse. Another good feature about this club is the separate service desk for rebooking/assistance. This alone can save you a huge about of time when there is weather/maintenance issues. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The layout if the lounge allows for you to not feel as cramped and provides a relaxing environment when compared to the terminal. In short if you want to escape the hustle and bustle, it is a good place to chill out at. read more
