I had a very disappointing experience with Daryl. He was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout our interaction. As a customer, I expected to be treated with courtesy and respect, but his attitude made the experience frustrating and unpleasant. Customer service is a key part of any business, and unfortunately, Daryl's behavior fell far below those expectations. everyone should take their time and go through the reviews for this guy. Daryl is a complete nightmare and unprofessional. From the very start, he pushed back the delivery time 3x, the. started giving me attitude, threatening to charge me anyway and pick up the dumpster once he finally delivered it. He then set the dumpster up against the bushes where it was it difficult to open the tail gate. you would have to push through the bushes to open it. Doesn't stop there tho, he proceeded to give me an extra bs $40 without explaining or showing me why. I did not agree with this charge and disputed. Daryl then just started harassing me non stop. Called me on different ph numbers numerous times on a Sunday. then proceeded to harass me on all social media platforms, even going as far as contacting my associates. I had to get the police involved cuz he clearly doesn't have anything better to do. This isn't the first time the cops have been called on this guy. All you have to do is drop off the dumpster and pick it up.... and somehow this guy is getting cops called on him. Save yourself the headache, you will find cheaper dumpster rental if not the same price without having to deal with this degenerate. read more

This guy was verbally abusive to me and my wife. Very unprofessional. Many expletives. He threatened to call the cops, maliciously damage my property, to involve a lawyer and place a contractor's lien on my home. I suspect that he intentionally withheld the pick-up time window and then showed up for pick-up (outside of posted business hours) when no one would be awake and the dumpster would likely be blocked in my one car driveway, so that he could charge the $150 dry run fee. Instead of discussing the disagreement regarding the fee like adults, he melted down and became aggressive. I've been unable to obtain the rental terms and conditions. His website appears to bury the rental terms and conditions. He retained my credit card information (likely without my consent) and has made charges to my credit card without my permission. I asked to receive documentation of the rental terms and conditions. I still have not gotten them, and he has threatened a lawyer/lien again. And he has further threatened to charge me $2.50 per minute that I occupy his time requesting assistance. read more

I called and reserved a dumpster, and was told that it would be delivered on Friday before 12 pm. They charged the full amount at the time of reservation. However, on Friday, the dumpster was not delivered. When I called, they informed me that they were busy and I could either wait for another day or get a refund. I opted for a refund, and they assured me that the charges were refunded, and I would receive the refund within 7 days. I then called Blu Dumpster Rental and got a dumpster that was delivered within the hour, and it was $50 cheaper. Fast forward to a month later, and I still had not received the refund. When I called the company, the person who answered was very rude. I greeted him and explained that I hadn't received my refund, but he cut me off and told me to call another day of the week before hanging up on me. The entire experience was unpleasant, and the fact that they never refunded the charges as promised made it even worse. read more

I was driving and one of their employees started honking his horn and flipping me off as I was taking off at the light, so I then decided to drive slow and this guy driving this truck was pissed I was going 35MPH in a 45MPH zone. As he was enraged driving behind me I slowly turned in to the nearest neighborhood to see what this guys problem was. He just went by the neighborhood full throttle. I wonder if he was mad at me or the traffic lights because I followed him. Made it to the next light, he was stopped at that light as well 3 cars in front of me. Then the next light a mile down the road he was stopped at another light. I stayed back a little ways and took 3 photos of this guys truck and I have his plate. (EKV 4907) This guy shouldn't be driving on the roads in my opinion. What if it was your elderly mom, dad, or grandparents this guy was behind??? I never did anything to get this guy mad besides just being the car in front of him. This little fit this guy had was horrible, he seemed so mad behind me you would think he would have pulled into the neighborhood and told me all about it.
