I posted an inquiry on yelp and United was the 1st to reply and quickly. Needed a twin over full bunkbed and queen bed frame (all VERY heavy wood) plus a huge wardrobe. I had to delay the haul for a few mos and when I reached out again, they replied back within hours and set up a time for that very day. Accommodated my request for a later time, appt scheduled and was updated on their eta. Jose Sr. and Jr. Came at time promised and got busy. 1 hr later, they broke down the beds and the wardrobe(from 2nd story), didn't scratch ANYTHING and moved it all out down our narrow stairway. The item being moved was not junk, per se, but a piece of furniture that belonged to my mom who had passed away that my small newly moved into dwelling could not accommodate.
