Trevor confirmed the belt was broken and stated he could replace it. However, having two bays with openers that were almost 20 years old, I asked about replacing the openers. He said he could do the job immediately. Once he finished, Trevor walked me through the set up process and how to use the equipment. I am so happy that he was the technician on duty - he also lubricated the door hinges so the doors are extremely quiet when opening/closing. After 3 phone calls with no response.. even after a promise for a repair that never happened, I called another company. Rather than doing the work correctly, the installer reused parts from the old unit and spliced the wiring. The only way you can get a response is by posting a bad review and then the reviews seem to disappear depending on the site. Be warned.
