During a recent vacation to Cape Cod I developed an unknown and disturbing "clunk" somewhere in the front of my truck. Assuming it was a broken motor mount, I also just had the entire front end rebuilt and was unsure of what exactly it was. Being 500+ miles from home and very 'anxious ' about taking my truck to an unknown repair shop, this facility was recommended by the neighbor at the ABNB where we were staying. When I arrived at the shop the lot and garage was packed with cars. This was a good and bad sign in my opinion. One, they have A LOT of customers which gave me confidence that they must be fair and honest. But, I was concerned that they would not be able to get to my truck in the short time span of my few days left of vacation. I explained my situation to a very receptive guy at the desk. He understood and said that they would do whatever was necessary to take a look at it. To be honest, with no personal experience with shop, I was still a little apprehensive. I stopped by the shop the shop first thing the next morning due to my 'apprehension '. If they couldn't get to my truck soon I had to get to someplace that could. I believe his name is Robby, and I believe he is the manager, greeted me when I walked in. He told me they stayed late the night before due to my circumstances. He thoroughly explained all that they had diagnosed and checked. I do not typically write reviews, but superior and honest customer service certainly warrants recognition. I received a very fair deal for diagnostics, and nothing needed immediate attention an and was assured there would be no problem to drive it home. I HIGHLY recommend this anyone living or visiting this area. I would have no hesitation to bring my vehicle there again, and will go out of my way to merely purchase gas while I am visiting just to show my appreciation and patronage!! My experiences: 1. Asked to fix A/C diverter valve as no air coming out of driver side vents. Removed lower dashboard panel and broke all the clips. Didn't tell me. Instead put back in place with plastic zip cord. A/C not fixed. 2. Brought car in for oil & filter change. Frame under seam between front fender and front door was bent when I picked up the car. Hydraulic lift pad placed in wrong location. 3. Slow leaks in several tires. Had all tires broken down, sealant added to rims, remounted and re-balanced. Didn't tell me one wheel had hairline crack until I brought it back several days later when leaking continued. Severe front end shaking after work completed. 4. RR tire not seated properly, installed tilted. Drove off and entire car started shaking from side to side. Ipso facto (The facts speak for themselves). read more

On our way back to Boston today the car started shaking as we got on to Rte 6 - immediately got off, stopped at a gas station and they said to go to Getty .. we slowly made our way there . The guy checked things out and diagnosed the problem, had us back on the road in less than 90 minutes, was very friendly and charged us exactly what our mechanic at home said we should expect to be charged. The mechanic at this shop did a terrible job fixing my brother's car. He replaced the water pump, but did not install it correctly. This resulted in the power steering pump falling out of the car, and one of the inner CV joint boots being damaged. My father and brother got the car fixed somewhere else. There is a showdown in small claims court coming up. American Express is withholding payment. Avoid this mechanic if you can. read more
