When All Seasons opened, I was so happy that there was a place that I could go to that had incredible customer service and treated me with respect. At the time there were very few women in the industry and it was hard to get shops to take you seriously in the late 90s. These guys were always great. Gary and his team have always been amazing and go the extra mile. When the shops up here in the Bay Area shut down due to the Shelter-in-Place order, I made the drive down to All Seasons to get what I need. I can't remember the Asian guy's name, but I remember when he started working there. It's telling when you have an employee that has been there for decades. He's always helpful, gives great advice and recommendations, makes sure you have everything you need, and is cordial and polite. I've never had issues with this shop. After over 20 years of shopping here, I can only say positive things. I will continue to be a loyal customer and recommend this shop to pros and novices alike.

Ok so this starts off salty AF...so basically I'd placed an oorder that took forever to fulfill…read more... I found out afterward placing it that they'd closed their doors but last week I got a call that they're under new management and the dude was super helpful and apologetic. They couldn't refund me my $ but they offered to fulfill the original order and I got it two days later. I'm only giving them another chance because they were honest about the situation and didn't go back into hiding. I'm a happy camper again.
