The bottom line is an Agent has a responsibility to contact their clients when there is an issue, they failed to do so entirely, their failure to do so exposed me to personal loss of unknown amounts should I have had an issue if a situation arose. I insured a Lamborghini with this agency through Grundy that cost over 4K a year, the agent knew that I intended not to renew that policy through email communications BEFORE that policy expired as the car is not used often enough. Tiffany FAILED to notify Grundy of the cancelation, Grundy then continued coverage for another month at a cost of $350.00 that I now owe and will not pay as the issue was her responsibility to notify them. I had three additional vehicles insured through Farmers that cancelled for non payment as I did not receive the payment information, again, I WAS NOT even contacted before that happened and as a result drove three vehicles valued at close to 100K each with NO INSURANCE for several weeks, this not only exposed me to a loss of that vehicle if in an accident occurred or if the vehicle was stolen but more importantly exposed me to personal liability should an accident of happened. Her excuse was this - copy and pasted - I can't monitor every policy in this agency, I'm sorry that just isn't possible. WOW - is that not your job? Pass on this agency people, go direct with insurance companies and bypass these agencies and middle men just making commissions on your policies and providing sub par performance in the end. I will NEVER forgive this agency for exposing me to a personal liability simply because she stated --- I can't monitor every policy in this agency, I'm sorry that just isn't possible. She then asked if I had a pen and paper so she could list the documents needed so that this transaction goes smoothly. I had everything on my list and went the next day. The whole process took 30 minutes since there was quite a bit of people in the lobby. Upon walking in, Ariana who was the first friendly face you see walking in, verified my documents and put me in the queue to be seen. Right after me someone came in wanting the same service but did not have his current registration on hand. He made a scene, yelled at Ariana and asked for the manager. I thought Ariana handled the situation very well. She explained what was needed, never belittled or was rude to the gentleman and went ahead to get the manager when he didn't like her responses. I felt bad for her since (based on her voice) she was the one who took my call and told me exactly what I needed to have with me. Everyone here was professional, polite and quick.
