Being a customer with Nathan is so nice because he knows who I am when I call. He was able to give me a great rate on my insurance and made sure that I had all the right coverage for all my policies without feeling taken advantage of. He informed me of all the options I had and made the process very easy and not overwhelming me with information I didn't understand. His office staff is awesome, very helpful and informative. When Nathan isn't able to take a call, his staff always makes sure he gets my message and he calls me back...every time! No more un-returned calls like Geico, State Farm, and Progressive did to me. The office is really pretty too, I think it was just redone. Overall, if you are looking for an honest, helpful, and trustworthy agent, you should go with Nathan.
