And it will be a long time before I…read morereturn or even think I'd return I knew things had changed, since I learned the organization was bought out be middle eastern people, and let's say things have really changed I first noticed they want a deposit on taking a wheelbarrow out into the yard, yeah I know you pay $20 and get it back when you return it, but still Second the big signs say" 90 day warranty " sounds good right?, no it is something you have to add to the quoted cost to get, I asked the guy at the desk " you mean if I don't pay extra and this part is "junk" it's my junk and no return? Answer "yes" This added cost plus environmental fee and fees on the fee added about $30 to the price So let's see, I go to "Lucky's " and pay $50 for the same part I get $10 back and a 31 day warranty I buy the same part at LKQ and pay $89 I get the unit and $10 back for core fee but I now paid extra just to be able to return it if it's crap Well I guess I did the right thing bought it at $89 and installed it only to have yo remove it and take it back due to it being "junk" , yup I got my money back and went to "Lucky's " and wrenched the part for about half that price Guess what that "Lucky's " part worked perfectly and I still got a month warranty with a lot more money in my pocket Kinda sad LKQ just won't do

I made it clear to "Junior" that I would purchase if bolt and plug in. It was suppose to be graded A and complete. I was told he had to inspect before I had to pay for it. He did and shipped to my business. When I received the door, the mirror was ripped out damaging the inside door panel and was not usable without swapping out the complete inside of door including electronics. Junior has not answered my texts or calls as I wanted some refund because this was not an A grade when I received the door. I expected more from Weller. Make sure that you inspect your parts.

I asked how they expected to do business with people who have their children with them, to which he suggested leaving him in the car. That is a poor policy. My 4.5yr old son would be safer with me as I pulled a car part than he would be sitting in an empty car in a parking lot. Not everyone has school/daycare/babysitters at the ready. After getting back home, I did find a sub-link on their website that states the no kids policy, so I guess shame on me for not knowing that going in. I still disagree with their policy and poor attitude at the counter. They get 1 Star and lose my business as a result.

Do NOT use Flowers for anything. They quoted $150 to pick up a shell (I clearly expressed exactly…read morewhat they were getting). They confirmed the quote with a scheduled pickup time the following day. When they were 30 mins late for the pickup I called and they said they were confirming ETA with the driver. When I called 45 mins later (they never called me back and it was now 75 mins late on the scheduled pickup time) they said they would only pay $100. The driver arrived 30 mins later with a trailer rather than a flatbed wrecker (to pick up a shell off the ground). The driver did what he could to drag the shell onto the trailer and ended up breaking a winch cable which in turn shattered his back window across my driveway, sidewalk, and front yard. I then had to spend over 30 mins cleaning glass from my yard. I contacted management at Flowers to offer the opportunity to be professional and remedy the issue (all I asked was that they pay the originally quoted price) and was told that since they now have to replace his window they are unwilling to pay anything more for the car and the work and time spent cleaning up the mess made. This is the second time I've had them pay less than quoted and arrive late for a pickup time. Management was incredibly unprofessional when presented with an issue AND offered a reasonable resolution. A lot of things went wrong with this transaction and they had no interest in being professional when it came time to make it right. I had one bad experience l, gave them a second chance, and then gave them a reasonable opportunity to make it right and they were anything but professional. I will NEVER use Flowers again and would recommend anyone else avoid them as well.

Went here not long ago for a used alternator.. They raised the price from what was advertised on…read morecarparts (a site to look for used parts at junkyards) and the woman at the counter was very rude.... Other then that the part was still the cheapest in the area but not by much.
