The first time it sat there for four days before they told us they couldn't get to it yet, and we picked it up without having them look at it. The second time we dropped it off we had a prior scheduled loaner vehicle available to us, which was great. After three days, with little communication, it was finally looked at and we were given a quote for repairs. We okayed that number and told them we would hold off on another item that had popped up. Upon picking up our vehicle, we were informed that the final charges were double the number that we had been quoted due to "technician fees", despite us having a quote in writing. evidently there is a separate technician feature charged for each individual item that might need to be looked at. In no way shape or form was that made clear to us prior to agreeing to the work being done. We feel extremely taken advantage of and will never bring our vehicles back to this location for service due to the bait and switch tactics that are used.

Showed me examples of components that made up my transmission and allowed me to ask a ton of questions. Shop was spotless and organized as was the waiting room. Arrived shortly before 8:00 and was back home in Kalamazoo by 10:00. Haven't experienced this type of service in a decade. I highly recommend Ryan and this location.
