I visited the clinic on 2/27/24 with an appointment. My appointment was at 8:30a and I got there at 8am, I was early so yes I did have to wait about 30ish mins but that was no problem at all. The tech I had was so incredibly patient and took great care of me. I always get extremely light headed and dizzy which I did warn her about prior. She gave me alcohol pads to smell, a cold towel on my back, plenty of water, and even fanned me to get some air. She didn't mind that I had to sit a little bit longer till the dizziness went away. Overall I do recommend this place with an appointment if not you will have to wait.

I arrived exactly on time and was able to check in via my phone and skip the machines. Since they already had my insurance on file from another visit I didn't need to give it again. The screen showed a few people ahead of me but not many. My blood was drawn and I was on my way home within 20 minutes. I was amazed. I later learned that the machine they use is outdated, which explains the terrible results. I had to get a second MRI at a different facility, and that one clearly showed the tear that the Millennium machine completely missed. I also tried calling explaining the issue, they only told me thats what the radiologist read on the MRI. The issue is not the radiologist but the outdates MRiI machine. II later find out its one of the oldest machines out there. In the end, it was a total waste of money , time and delay in treatment. Save yourself the frustration--please don't waste your money here!
