This class is for anyone, if your in shape or out of shape. Sheyla makes the class fun but at the same time always pushes you. The girls are all welcoming and you never feel uncomfortable. Her prices are very reasonable and I believe FIU students even get a discount. The girls that go range from high school to working professionals. It's a great way to get your cardio in. Even if you already go to the gym and have a routine. This is a great stress reliever and way to make cardio fun. She has morning and afternoon classes, making it easy to find a good time for you. Sheyla is also a great teacher. When I first started I didn't really know much and now I feel confident and like I know what I'm doing haha. Unfortunately, I'm moving so I won't be able to come anymore. But if you needed a push to try WKF, this is it! Try it out, the first class is free!! I'll miss all of you! I am in the best shape of my life because of Sheyla's amazing classes. She does not give up on you and makes you dig deeper. He engages with all of the students and helps them understand the how and why. We joked that he should post YouTube videos - he's that detailed and likeable!
