The aid forget alot. Plus when a patient pushes the call button, most of the time they take 10 to 40 minutes before someone comes. Sometimes they don't come at all. I don't blame staff. They hsve some really good professional. Upper managment does not realize what assets the workers are. Bottom line, new owners Needs someone on the Board of directors needs someone with high emotional intellgents. Plus, lots of disorganization there. They need a person with business experence and education with high emotional intellegence.
