The exterior of our house in Tahoe Donner had been neglected for many years and the last company that stained it went too dark. So, I came to Rob with two problems and he worked miracles. He suggested stripping the existing stain and starting over with a light natural finish. The results were fantastic! Beyond that, Rob's customer service is over the top. He works closely with his crew to make sure the results are up to his high standards. He texted pictures of the progress, showing before and after as the stripping was working its magic. He and his crew even spent extra time to cleanup some interior seepage of the stripping and power washing that worked its way in. Rob's pricing was very competitive with the other bids. From the first phone call, where he answered the phone right away, to the finished products of staining our cabin and refinishing and painting our decks, he was prompt, friendly and professional. I can barely fit all of the great things I have to say about him and the work he does on this review. He is a very personable, and down to earth person. We have a very old and neglected cabin(it was a short-sale with tons of deferred maintenance).He went above and beyond hard work to sand and restore the log cabin exterior, and the refinish the old wooden decks. He immediately (within 3 days of my first phone call) got to work power washing and prepping the house. The entire job was finished in less than a week for a very fair rate. The property was left perfectly clean when he left as well, which hasn't been the case with previous painters we have hired. I would highly recommend him! He has a locksmith company he took over from his dad too, and if I ever need a locksmith he's going to get the job. Called multiple paint contractors to bid on a stain job for my house in Truckee. Rob came out, explained his process & let me know of other jobs that he had done in my neighborhood.
