We wanted a semi-gloss washable paint that would withstand all the smudges and fingerprints from everyday living. We also had them paint all the wet rooms in gloss. Henry and his team did an excellent job especially that this was not a small project. We had every room painted in our 3900 sq foot home. We also have 20 ft ceilings in the great room. Henry took his time in quoting the project and making multiple trips out to meet with us. He also was able to make accommodations to get our painting project in rather quickly. We had multiple contractors at our home back to back so it was imperative that they start on a specific date. With very short notice, Henry was able to fit us in his schedule and we are so grateful. On top of that his crew did a fantastic job. They were quick and efficient and the paint looks wonderful. At the end of the job, Henry walked the whole home with us marking parts where the crew had to come and make touch ups, which was much appreciated. After that, the appropriate touch ups were made and we are now enjoying our smudge free and fingerprint free home. I am extremely happy with the washable paint we chose because now whenever there is a smudge, I can literally wipe the smudge clean, which I couldn't do with the original flat paint. It is a family owned and run business and pride of ownership is clearly evident. They spent five days painting our 1700sf home and they were painstaking in every detail. They repaired cracking seams in the drywall of our ceiling, filled in dents/small holes in walls, removed blistered paint in the bathroom, caulked gaps in baseboards, and performed every other task necessary to ensure a flawless result. They moved furniture, removed/replaced all blinds and drapes, leaving us to only have to remove hanging items from the walls. They didn't just paint around fixtures, but removed them (wall socket covers, door knobs, etc) to facilitate full coverage. They used top quality paint that perfectly matched our chosen color scheme. Attention to protecting our furniture, floors, cabinets, and other home decor items was impressive. At the end of each day, they straightened everything up, cleaned up and left our home livable. When they were finally done, everything was immaculate; we only had to replace our hanging items to their original locations. I cannot imagine getting more value for our money. We will soon need our home exterior painted and we will without hesitation ask Willis Painting to help us once again.

George also managed to get us scheduled in a timely manner that worked for both of our schedules. George carefully ensured that the brand (D&E), sheen, and (custom color) of paint that I wanted was ordered in a timely manner, ready and on-site at the start of the project. George was also was on-site during the job to supervise his crew of painters. The painters worked efficiently, taped out the trim work and covered the work area meticulously, patched/prepped as needed, and painted everything thoroughly in two coats. The wall painting is beautiful and ties our newly refreshed kitchen together! The end result is the kitchen of my dreams! John arrived on time, covered patio furniture, did the job, cleaned up well after himself washing down outside sidewalks and patio area. John York showed me photos of the completed job. There were tidy edges all around without any drippings down the front edges like I've seen other roofers do. In the photo you can see the difference between my finished resealed roof and my neighbor's. I am well pleased with York Roofing's work. My house was ridden with random wall holes in almost every room that seemed to grow every year. In…read moreaddition, I had a prior contractor move a pass through door and subsequently made it way too narrow, so narrow that only a skinny adult or small child could squeeze through. My poor shoulders literally got scratched walking through. Dave and Daren performed the following projects: widened the small doorway and fixed shoddy prior work, patched 8 electrical cut out boxes (old cable/lan lines/tv hidden wire boxes), ceiling light move hole patched, big 10x20" cutout from a plumbing project, float out old drywall repair that had a big vertical seam. He was highly skilled at the patchwork, sheetrock installation/mudding/taping/texture spraying. I appreciated how quickly they worked and the quality of every job. A lot of the work was detailed but also technical in terms of fixing that doorway. They nailed it. In addition, Dave arrived promptly at 7:00am each day as promised, did an immaculate job taping and containing the areas in plastic to ensure no overspray got on my stuff. He also did a wonderful job cleaning up! I recommend giving him a call if you need work done.

From the first meeting, he was on time, focused, and genuinely cared about finding the best solution for us. What really impressed us was that he never acted like a salesperson -- no pressure, no upselling, just honest advice and real expertise. Another thing that stood out is that Hektor was hands-on throughout the entire project. He did the work himself with the help of his team, but he was clearly the one leading and making sure every detail was done right. He even came back to go over details in person and worked with us so we could pay for materials with our credit card, which made things so much easier to manage. Even when Phoenix had an unusual week of rain, he stayed in touch to make sure our materials were safe. Once the weather cleared, he showed up right on time, suggested raising the patio height (which turned out to be the best decision ever), and coordinated the stucco work so everything looked seamless. The patio turned out beautiful, and he followed up afterward to make sure we were completely happy. If every contractor worked like Hektor -- professional, reliable, hands-on, and truly caring -- home projects would be stress-free. We couldn't recommend him more!
