They've also been flexible with scheduling when needed and always send invoices and payment receipts promptly, which unfortunately isn't always common in this industry. My only minor issue is I've asked for a list of ingredients and brand type for their request to spray and I have not received that, it's been nearly a week. Very minor issue at this point. This preferred vendor for Liberty Mutual is not a vendor I would recommend…read more I have a nightmare scenario of 3 bathrooms flooding simultaneously. I had several mitigation/remediation companies come out. Each one told me they would seal off the infected and damaged areas. Because this company would be able to bill the insurance company directly and come out and start right away, they came to my home to start work. There are several major red flags: 1.) Each time they came to my home, I had to ask them if they were going to wear foot coverings and/or lay down some kind of plastic so my floors would not get damaged. Every other company did that without asking and indicated they would before the job started. When they came into my home to start the job, I had to stop them before they trampled onto my carpet (AGAIN) without any kind of foot covering. 2.) This one is just straight up unbelievable.... The onsite project manager asked me where I wanted the toilets to go. When I asked them what they meant, the response I got was that there wasn't infected material on the toilet. Now, every plumber AND remediation company will tell you that they are not allowed to say mold until a positive test for mold is complete. So why these guys want to move a possibly infected item outside of the containment area makes absolutely no sense at all. Think about this... they want to seal off an area but move an infected out of that area and clean up and test only within the sealed area after they moved an infected item into clean areas of your home. What kind of logic is this? Of course, you're going to get no indication of mold when you move the moldy items to other parts of your home and only test an area you sealed and cleaned. While they said it was not going to be contaminated, given the lack of consistency between their onsite PM, the office manager, AND the owner, I had to pull the plug. I even sent pictures to the owner of what another company did for my kitchen sink. The owner could not believe what he was seeing even though EVERY other company I contacted said they would do that. These guys seem like clueless people not knowing what the other is doing. When you need the owner of the company to call the onsite PM to tell them what the procedure should be, that should scream out alarm bells to you. At the same time, the owner told me the onsite PM knows what he's doing. Do you see the inconsistencies here? Unreal and what a waste of time. I hope this review saves anyone else time from having to bother with Puroclean. But hey if you want sub standard work, go for it and best of luck to you.

He and another worker arrived at the scheduled time to haul away old furniture (sofa, love seat, small table, 4 dining chairs, computer chair, two tv's, desk and for bags of trash). I found this company through Groupon and purchased moving services as well as cleaning services…read more I had them clean my new apt using my Groupon and then the next day they helped me move. I needed help packing so the cleaning ladies came early to help pack and then after that they started the move-out deep cleaning (that was not part of the Groupon and I was charged separately). So I have to first start off with, I was quite the diva with this move. My boyfriend didn't realize the end of the month was like, now. He thought he had another week to pack. Bcs of this mishap we only had 3 days to pack with no new home in sight. I had made appointments on the hopes that I would have found a home in time. I was dealing with Julia and bless her soul, she was ever so kind to me. She, at no point in time, caught an attitude with me whatsoever. I had to cancel and push back the appt 3 times. Then they were on stand by for a bit too. It was that crazy with the lease signing and getting the keys to the new place. In the end it all worked out. Everyone was super nice and professional, they showed up on time, they wore their face masks and gloves - (crazy how the times are right now with this Covid 19 still going around). The movers took way longer than the 3 I had paid for with the Groupon so I just paid the extra time, which was well worth it! We had a crazy amount of stuff, it was unbelievable. This company is basically an all in one shop for moving! They also do junk removal, carpet cleaning and probably much more! I would suggest to call them ahead of time to get a quote before buying the Groupon bcs they don't even get half the Groupon amount and they deserve every penny! They all worked nonstop and I never heard any complaints. All in all, great service and great people! I will definitely be calling on them for a future move and cleaning! Totally saved me a ton of energy and stress!!!!

Simply said: DO NOT use this company for any of the services they offer…read more Why? *They left some of our belongings behind. *I paid for junk removal and everything wasn't removed. *The maids seemed to do a good job until I started unpacking and had to clean behind them. Where did the long, black hair in the sinks, cabinets and floors come from? *And the kicker? We went outside to tip and say goodbye and guess what! They offloaded most of our belongings in the garage! Who moves into a garage? The boxes needing to go upstairs were marked with red tape. I had to call them back to finish. The next day I went to hand off the keys at my old place, and found the belongings they didn't move and the remainder of the junk not hauled. I had to hire another company to clean up what they left behind. We didn't have a lot of furniture, mostly all boxes. I asked them about using a dolly and was told it's harder. Harder? It takes longer for each of you to carry one box at a time. Did I mention they charge by the hour? Because mostly everything was boxed, we used those plastic storage bins with the drawers. ALL BROKEN. Wheels missing. Cracked. Broken apart and stacked in different places. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY SERVICE THEY PROVIDE!
