These is a company with no respect for law or disabled persons. at PMI on s rainbow they placed a trash dumpster blocking several of the few handicap parking spaces including the van accessible one and the only usable access ramp. This company is a scam. They dropped off the dumpster and when they picked it up, there was damage to our asphalt. The company asked me to take pictures, and upon receiving the pictures, they stated they were normal marks, claiming they would fade in the coming months. HOW ARE GAUGES GOING TO FADE! Despite receiving an email specifying the pick-up time during the holiday, the company failed to adhere to the confirmed day. I ensured the street was accessible for dumpster pick-up, yet they didn't show up until Monday, five days later, and then charged me an additional $70 because they couldn't access the dumpster. Keep in mind, it had been five days since the initial email. Moreover, the dumpster was parked on a public street, and none of us have the right to dictate parking, especially when unexpected. The driver, who communicated with me, neglected to knock on my door to explain the situation. Instead, they chose to charge me without attempting to rectify the issue. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. I needed a dumpster dropped off and then picked up once filled. They picked up the dumpster but left MASSIVE damage to my driveway and the street. Left deep wide holes when they removed their dumpster. When I called to complain, I was told "too bad, you signed the waiver and it doesn't matter what damage we did." I SAW them do the damage and it was unreasonably large (left 5 foot holes) and they will do nothing but say "tough luck" for you. Used their service a few times, this last dumpster rental left a lot to be desired as far as transparency to the customer concerning their fees, pickup times and their expected responsibility of the homeowner when a dumpster is on a public street. Unannounced until they were on property for 10min did a message come across via text message that they would be en route to pick up the dumpster. The dumpster was blocked by another car so they left and charged my credit card for additional pickup time.. The owner reached out, and basically tried to further deflect the issue of proper communication. Instead of accepting responsibility for the miscommunication he chose to explain that his company would be "breaking even" or "loosing money".. Sometime in business you win, and make a profit. Other times you get a lesson. And truly a $75 loss on a customer that has used your service several times before with zero issues.. you think you'd do the right thing, and then retrain:recheck your staffs messages to customers. My original plans fell through upon arriving in Henderson, and needed to arrange for a dumpster on a Sunday for a Monday clean out. Stephanie answered my inquiry on a Sunday. She was the only business of many that I had called to return my call that day. We arranged for a 10-yard dumpster to be dropped in the driveway, and due to our tight schedule, she agreed to make it the first stop of the day. Her price was also the best I had found! As we began to clean, we saw that there was no way a 10-yard dumpster was going to work. I threw out a Hail Mary and left another message requesting a 20-yard dumpster instead. I fully expected that not to happen, as I felt I had asked too much already. However, a few hours later Stephanie confirmed the 20-yarder, and it was only about $44 more! What? No way! It was promptly delivered on time Monday morning. Throughout the entire process, Stephanie was very empathetic to our needs, and understood that it was a stressful situation on several levels. However, she was able to address all of our needs, and do it at a most reasonable price. This was one of the best business experiences I have had with any company in my 57+ years on this planet. Gave me a window then came at 6:55 am early before the 8 am window of delivery. They called at 6:55 and I rushed to the site by 7:25 before the 8 am window provided for dropoff but the driver decided to just drop it and leave. The dumpster was right where the work was to occur. Richard Taggard was terrible at customer service and insisted too bad even if delivered outside the time window and wanted to charge me $75 to move it. I refused and told them I do not want to work with such an unethical company and paid $150 for them to just take it away empty. I was refunded the rest of my fee but it was an example to hopeless customer service. I would never use them again. I use dumpsters about once a month sorry I tried them it will not happen again. read more

We called to schedule a dumpster for our home renovations. My husband scheduled to have it arrive on the 12th. We were told it would arrive between 7am - 11am. A little after 11 my husband called and was told it would arrive by 2pm. A little after 2 he called again and was told it would be delivered in the next 2 hours. After 2 hours went by he called again & was told a drived was coming out. At 6pm, the dumpster arrived, the driver dropped it in the middle of driveway so he was asked to move it to one side so we had room for the construction materials. The driver said there wasn't enough room in the street to do that and my husband, a truck driver, told him that just wasn't true so the driver finally moved the dumpster. We then called the office & said that since the company COMPLETELY failed to deliver the dumpster in time, we wanted the 7 day rental to start the next day. The woman agreed & said the rental would begin on the 13th. This morning, the 19th, we woke up to a driver in the street getting his truck in place to pick up the dumpster. My husbamd went out to talk to him, said we hadn't called for a pick up and our rental went 1 more day. He came back inside & called the office & left a message. While waiting for the callback, we saw the driver still manuevering to take the dumpster so my husband went back out to say no, we still have another day & the driver said we'd pay $75/day rate. My husband said fine and came in. He then recieved a call back from the manager, Cinthya. He explained the situation & she told him that 1-the agent who said the rental date would be pushed back was wrong, they don't do that and 2-we would be charged a $250 pick up fee for sending the driver away. My husband explained that, per the rental contract they had sent, we could keep the dumpster for over 7 days and we would only pay $20 a day. Further, we had never called for the pickup so we would not be responsible for any additional charges. She replied that we would pay because that was their policy. He let her know that the credit card we used to pay for the rental would be alerted of thier fraud, and they are welcome to fight for that amount. This company is clearly not concerned with providing a positive customer experience. Not only that, but they seem pretty okay with ripping people off so if you're looking for a dumpster rental, call this company at your own risk. read more
