My door is less than 100 feet from my allotted mail box in my community and randomly after two years packages will now not be delivered? When asked about this change Teejay informed me it was due to Covid precaution. Claiming a Covid precaution in 2023 after not implementing it during the actual pandemic seems extremely fishy. Or a blatant lie. I understand the Christmas rush and the amount of packages but that does not excuse you to make up rules so that your delivery times look better than they are. TAKE MAIL BOXES TO THE DOOOOOOOOOOR TEEJAY is horrible. I'm sorry to the rest of the staff and workers for having to put up with him. Thank you the rest of you for all the work you do.

The post office is always a hot bed for the odd and disgruntled, two quantities which ill fit with a procedure driven institution like the post office. On 7/6/2013, at 11:30 one such postal customer had a significant blowout! The staff reacted with calm, cool efficiency, and did not fall into the traps laid by this individual. They were significantly understaffed, supervisor missing, and were each handling more than two people at a time. Each time I have used this location, they work hard, talk to customers as if they are real people! They don't just say "NEXT", but actually try to be helpful!!

Counter help is slow and inefficient. The 'service windowz' is ridiculous and their posted hours mean little. Even my local postal carrier can't be bothered to put things in my home mailbox. Several times in the past two weeks, I've had late Amazon deliveries because packages were delayed in transit per tracking. This is AFTER they've been tracked into this post office. Last week, Amazon tracking said delivery was attempted but unsuccessful and the package was being held for me downtown. The next morning, we went to retrieve it and they didn't have it. This has happened before and they never leave a slip in my mailbox.

Turn right when you see the Comerica Bank at L Don Dodson Drive and I recommend going slowly because the entrance is directly after for the parking lot and a different drive in a few feet after for the vehicle drop box. This location DOES NOT have a self service kiosk and they DO NOT have 'Flat Rate,' 'Priority Mail,' or 'Express' boxes, but they did have one 'Priority Mail' and a handful of 'Express' letter sized envelopes available. The lobby is open as most are for customers to access their P.O. Boxes after hours and there is a drop box for packages. Adding photos of lobby hours, outside collection drop as viewed from the lobby, and a map of location. Meh.

One of the men was a significantly older white man, and the other was African American-looking in his late 40s. Built in 1986 under the Reagan administration, the facility is still very, very nice and clean When you go in to the retail area and go to the counter, they are very easy to work with and will explain to you what the cost is for the type of mail service that you need or shipping options The only issue that we've ever had is somehow thieves have figured out how to grab stuff out of the outside blue mailboxes so I always walk my items into the main lobby and put them directly into the slot through the door to ensure that they're inside where the cameras are watching for any thieves It's mega convenient for me from my house and I usually am driving past there on my travels and errands It's part of what I like about living in Arlington
