There was no reason to not deliver my package. I took the day off to be able to retrieve my package because I'm afraid of Porch Pirates taking off with it. I'm angry!! That is untrue. So now I have to wait for it again tomorrow I'm angry and I'm gonna make sure to contact the manager in charge of the Post Office at Southern Hills. You can't lie about mail delivery like that. I like this location versus the main PO. My reason starts with travel time. Closer to me than a…read moretrip all the way into town. Secondly, free parking! The area for self service is much larger and well lighted. Everything you need is right there in self service, except the package they are holding. Lines are....lines. They move fast, I think more folks work the counter at this location than downtown. Always clean, and safely illuminated 24/7. Open all the time.
