The manager was standing right next to her didn't say a work or anything when is it OK to disrespect a customer right in front of their children and how is it all right to allow an employee to talk to a customer like that. The entire thing...especially the people. I know that they are given "top priority" because of their "family member(s)".. but they need to shut down this whole post office. Mail and packages are constantly missing; it's like they expect you to do their job. I have even had my mail and packages "returned to the sender" for absolutely no reason. Plus...I sent a "regular letter" to a friend of mine, that came right back to me for no reason. I had to repay for postage and resend it again. EVERY TIME I use this post office, it's something. They only do 2 passports a day. Even though they don't explicitly say that on the website, it just tells you a time frame. So even if you do get there 20 mins early. If the 2 ppl in front of you JUST SO HAPPEN to be there to do passports as well. You're shit outta luck 5 mins after they open! read more

Somehow (no one takes the blame) my address after 20 plus years changed without my authorization. It started in April 2021 and to date no one can find out why and how. ITS STILL HAPPENING. My carrier is good and tries her best to get the mail to me. It has caused a security breech cause all my creditors, bank, social security, etc. Keep using fraudulent address no matter how many times I correct it. read more

The rural carrier continues to make mistake after mistake and apparently nothing is ever done about it. So pitiful. When our area was served by a postal employee there was never problems with the wrong household receiving a neighbor's mail next door or even on the block over. Like a fool, I placed outgoing mail in my box to be delivered to addresses in Fort Worth. Five days later -- still NEVER RECEIVED. Why oh why didn't I just drive up to the post office and drop it in the box there??! Two days after making this faux pas, I was in town and dropped mail in the box and at the post office and of course that mail made it to the intended receiver within two days. Is it any wonder that online correspondence is taking over? When I try to call the office, the phone rings unanswered. Don't even waste your time here. They leave people on hold for 30+ minutes never once checking on you. They want you to hang up so when you call back the line is busy ALL DAY. This mail carrier came around at 5:30 on A Sat evering and didn't even stop to deliver our mail Our flag was up and they didn't even get the out going mail from the box of leave any mail. I got in my cayu and folloewed him on to Steverson Levey and they didn't stop at any post boxes to deliver any mail at all to any of the boxes.Who knows what they did with this mail? maybe there were checks for people in there,we will never know.This is no way to run a post office. Multiple times, tracking has said my package was delivered but it was not. Again today, package says it was delivered yesterday but it was not and can't get anyone on the phone at the post office. Frequently mail is misdelivered and I have to take it to the intended recipient as well as others in my neighborhood bringing me my mail that was misdelivered. so i got a pink slip in the mail said i had a large envelope from my friend in Czech. go to the post office i'm given some bag not a large envelope that smells funny from someone in india...i ordered that three years ago i was happy to have a package i thought i got ripped off on but it wasnt what was listed on the pink slip...ask if i can have my letter ...instead they keep calling me a liar and explaining that the original sender was using a transhipper i was telling them i knew my friend in czech and it said "large envelope" not bag. he made a scene and made me really uncomfortable..kept interupting me and refused to listen... so i leave try and call give up because phone line just keeps beeping... drive up there this morning explain it and...low and behold theres the pedigree....look im happy i got my mail...both...one of which i didnt even know was there...but i shouldnt me made to feel like an idiot because you dont want to read the pink slip and would rather insult me.. read more

Received the wrong information on passport hours.I called and was told as long as i'm there be 3:30pm i could get it done.I Left work early and took the kids out of school to be there by 3:30 only to be told very rudely that it was too late they for finished. It was only 3:20pm. The sign in their office states passports are done 8am till 4pm. I tried again a few days later and arrived at 8am . Again i was turned away this time they said they do not start processing passports till 10am. When I asked if there was another post office that done them early I was told they didn't know. When I left I called Crowley post office and they said the could do it at 9am. The staff there were very helpful and were able to process it with no issues. What a contrast to the staff in the Burleson store. It's like the make there own hours without regard for their customers. They need a course on customer service and how to be nice to people! read more
