I don't think it was the post office's policy or fault they didn't accept your package plus they were ensuring you were refunded your money because they knew Amazon policy was for it to be sent another way.

He moved seamlessly between responsibilities without ever appearing rushed, frustrated, or rude--something that is incredibly rare and deeply appreciated. What stood out most was his demeanor: always smiling, respectful, and reassuring, even under pressure. On top of that, he managed to take the best passport photos our 2 1/2-year-old has ever had--and we have professional photos taken twice a year. Anyone who has worked with toddlers knows how impressive that is. DJ exemplifies what public service should look like. His professionalism, kindness, efficiency, and ability to handle high demand with grace deserve formal recognition. I don't know if it's due to seasonal employees but that doesn't happen often. The line is not QUICK or INSTANT but that is because this location gives you the full experience. The customer service representative was name Jake. He was knowledgeable and fast. The process was so easy. All the paperwork was done on my behalf. He explained how to write my new address and gave me a key to the box and the outside door for 24 hour service.
