Huge fan of coming here however, there is one complaint that I feel needs to be brought up between employees. I always receive amazing service from the young boy upfront with a little bit longer hair. He's absolutely incredible with customer service. However, I would like to leave a bit of a note for the older guy who I believe is the manager. I think it would be wise if when your employees make a mistake, you don't publicly announce it to the customers waiting in the lobby. As I was waiting for my mail, the older Manager started making a scene about a mistake, The younger kid had made. This is something that needs to be corrected in private not in a situation where customers are in the lobby waiting. I can't imagine how he talks to his employees behind closed doors, if this is how he speaks to them in front of customers. So my review is this, I would leave five stars for the young boy upfront who is quick efficient and always nice. the older guy who is usually in the back, step it up.

    First, a Fed Ex driver was supposed to deliver my packages to my home. I'm not sure where he tried…read moreto deliver them. The photo emailed to me was not of my front door and there was a note that "the business" was closed. I live in a single-family home in a residential neighborhood. After contacting the shipper, I was told they would try to get my packages redelivered. I was telephoned by Fed Ex at 5:44 p.m. and advised I could pick them up, but I would have to be there before their closing time of 6:30. I told the caller I was a half-hour away and she said she would leave a note for the people in the office that I was coming. I arrived at 6:20 p.m. and the lady in the shipping office told me I had to arrive by 6:10 in order to pick up my packages. I told her what the person who called me from FedEx told me, and all she would say was, "You can pick them up tomorrow." Actually, I can't because I can't get there during your Saturday operating hours. Fed Ex wasted my time, gasoline and they are just the worst.

For a customer, FedEx should be FedEx, and the organization division should be transparent for the customer. A possible solution would be to contact someone from the other division and ask for the package. Never have had a similar experience with UPS or USPS.
