First, a Fed Ex driver was supposed to deliver my packages to my home. I'm not sure where he tried to deliver them. The photo emailed to me was not of my front door and there was a note that "the business" was closed. I live in a single-family home in a residential neighborhood. After contacting the shipper, I was told they would try to get my packages redelivered. I was telephoned by Fed Ex at 5:44 p.m. and advised I could pick them up, but I would have to be there before their closing time of 6:30. I told the caller I was a half-hour away and she said she would leave a note for the people in the office that I was coming. I arrived at 6:20 p.m. and the lady in the shipping office told me I had to arrive by 6:10 in order to pick up my packages. I told her what the person who called me from FedEx told me, and all she would say was, "You can pick them up tomorrow." The employee lacked good customer service skills. He kept insisting on the differences between FedEx Express and FedEx Ground without offering a real solution for a package that was supposed to be delivered one week ago. For a customer, FedEx should be FedEx, and the organization division should be transparent for the customer. A possible solution would be to contact someone from the other division and ask for the package. Never have had a similar experience with UPS or USPS. read more

In this location in particular the employees are not very helpful at all. They wouldn't give you the package, even if is sitting there on the truck. Tried several times over the years. In the Palmetto location, which is way larger they'll do it every time, even on a Saturday... read more

Absolutely terrible. Package supposedly left the facility on a truck only to drive around all day and not get delivered... two days in a row. Paid for overnight delivery (it was food) and 3 days later I still don't have it. They don't guarantee even with a 50$ delivery and basically told me to pound sand. I will actively work to make sure no business account or personal need EVER uses this dumpster fire of a "business" again. $250 wasted because they can't do their job. read more

I wish I could give this place negative stars! The morons that work there gave one piece of a two-part package and said that was all they had. This is what I need to start my new job Monday morning and I picked up Saturday. They are closed Sunday and do not open Monday until after business hours. This place is a complete disaster and I hope they go out of business!!! read more

FedEx delivery, once the paragon of fast and convenient shipping has slipped to the bottom. Unreliable service, incomplete tracking, extremely poor customer service and a convoluted call system that does not follow prompts. FedEx should call it a day and move over to let competent carriers deliver. read more

This fedex delivery service warehouse sucks. They have mess up my package multiple times... and still messing up. Seems to me that my delivery person never want to deliver my package. My current package is supposed to be delivered on Monday. It came to the warehouse on Friday morning at 7am. They stated "package not due for delivery" Instead of delivering it today on a Saturday.. he sends it back to Tampa.. wtf. read more

I was supposed to get Priority Overnight delivery and the FEDEX tracking website said so early this morning. When the package did not arrive the website changed to delivery sometime today. FEDEX does not allow you to speak with a representative. This is not the first time this has happened but I guarantee you it is the last time. From now on I will specify UPS Next Day Air. read more

Have had problems with 2 FedEx deliveries recently. First was a delivery of flowers to our address but left at another address ~ 150 miles from us. We learned of it several mos. after the fact when the homeowner returned from his visit up North. We still don't know who sent the flowers to thank them. Yesterday we found a perishable delivery of a Mother's Day gift roadside in 96 deg. FL sun and heat after a few hours. Our son had tracked delivery and believed all was in order as it had been reported as "delivered to front door". We have NEVER had a problem with numerous UPS deliveries. There is definitely a glitch in the FedEx delivery process administration. read more
