I was in Goshen to clean out my mother's old place at Greencroft, and needed to do some shipping back to my home in Boston. The team did a great packing job with my items - small and large. They packed a delicate picture frame really carefully. Also, they packed the several large items (including a carved antique chest and my father's old Adirondack chair) in a large box and on a pallet. When it arrived, not only was everything well padded and wrapped, but looking into the back of the large delivery truck, my pallet was definitely the best packed of anything else visible on the truck. Finally, Alicia saved me some $ by recommending that part of my shipment could go at a much lower (USPS Media) rate. And the freight shipment was about 1/3 less than the other options I explored.
