This review isn't for this location I just couldn't find a place to write this on their site without being able to share with the world. Just a heads up, make sure you triple, triple bubble wrap your item. I had a customer buy an expensive heirloom that would be shipped to Australia. So after using bubble wrap and packing paper to get the not move result. I also put pictures in color on the items to make them aware of the item inside the box. So you ship it out and hope for the best, well it didn't happen that easy meaning pictures, bubble wrap, and the packing paper did NOTHING! It was broken to pieces and the awful part is it can't be replaced. So even though I bought the insurance (which I thought they only had one) it only covers up to $200. However, the item was 189.99 but the sale was 233.04. I supposedly am getting the item price but not the full sale price and on top of that I can resell the broken item and I can't be compensated for that even though this postal service is responsible. I didn't throw the package or placed it on the bottom of a heavy package whatever happened has caused me to lose twice. I also have another issue that has happened because of them and once again it was' another heirloom that can't be replaced. I doln't get it the driver's make a bunch of money but they don't seem to care. Anyways the point of this is to just make you aware try and do all you can before shipping the item get insurance ALWAYS put insurance on your items and then hope for the best that it doesn't happen to you. If they"_ weren't the cheaper shipping companies I would have never gone through them to send an item at all. I really hope this works for whoever reads this and good luck . read more
