I had a problem and mentioned to the Trinity therapist how I would like to be able to measure and chart improvement in my strength. They had no method other than a guess. When I went to another therapist the first thing they did was pull out a computerized strength testing machine to chart a baseline which to measure my future progress. Trinity said it could not be done. My Sis in Law had a lot of pain and went to Trinity based on advertisement of epat - able to fix you pain "in 3 visits". Expensive and totally useless. They collected the deductible for my insurance and never credited it to or alerted my insurance company. They simply held the money in my account as a credit but never told me I had a credit and never applied it to anything. I was billed for ANOTHER deductible !! I had to chase them to fix it. The thing I hate most in all the world is calling a professional and teaching them to do their job. As soon as I went to another therapy provider, I recognized how very poor Trinity is.

They took X-rays, told me I had a fracture, and sent me for an MRI at University Radiology after endless confusion and back-and-forth over scheduling mistakes. What I later discovered -- only after seeing a highly respected wrist surgeon for a second opinion because I was still in severe pain -- was unbelievable. The MRI disc they gave me was blank. Blank. Thankfully there was at least a written report.The specialist then informed me I never had a fracture in the first place and that Alliance had put the wrong cast on my arm. According to him, the cast actually caused further damage to my wrist and forearm. He also told me that if I had followed Alliance's recommendation and continued into their physical therapy program, I could have ended up with permanent damage or even been crippled. What frustrates me most is that this feels less like patient care and more like an assembly line operation: diagnosis, cast, physical therapy, repeat. A factory. They even contacted me after my first review and asked me to remove it, and because I try to be fair, I did. That was a mistake. At my recent six-week follow-up, my surgeon again confirmed the cast had significantly worsened my condition. I am right-handed and have now lost the normal use of my right hand, wrist, and forearm since the end of January. Cortisone shots have failed, and now surgery is potentially next. People rely on reviews to make important medical decisions. My friends asked why I removed my original review because they use Yelp and Google reviews to decide where to seek treatment. They were right. Patients deserve to know about experiences like this before trusting someone with their health.I sincerely hope no one else goes through what I did.

I postponed going because I don't like being touched by strangers. The front desk staff, Dawn and Nicole, were helpful and able to fit me in right away. I explained my issue with being touch to my therapist, Monica Kumar. She was so understanding and willing to work around whatever we had to in order to make me feel comfortable. Well, within minutes I was so comfortable, she had me chatting away while she worked on my leg and asked questions about the fall, how I had been getting around and what movement hurt. Monica explains every exercise we do, she explains not only how to do the exercise but also what area it is working and how it will help. Lol, Monica definitely has eyes in the back of her head and watches closely if I'm doing the exercise properly even when she's not right next to me. I have observed the rest of the staff using this same care and attention to their patients, all while constantly cleaning and wiping down tables and equipment. I am no longer hesitant to go to physical therapy and will continue to call on Monica any time I feel the need.

All I can say is I am so happy we choose Kessler in EB. His therapist is Greg Zuniga. I can not say enough good things about Greg. After 10 sessions he has my son up and trying to walk again. Greg is kind, compassionate, understanding and patient. He is a wonderful therapist. I know my son still has a long road of recovery ahead of him but I am confident with the help of Greg and Kessler he will make a full recovery and walk again on his own.
