They proceeded to grout the tile and then didn't come back the next day to wipe down the tiles to remove the excess grout so the tiles have a horrible film over them. Jason said they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee but now will not reimburse me for the money I spent with them or the materials I bought so I can have the floor redone by someone that knows what they are doing. He bid this project for 4 days and it was over 4 months before I finally told them to stop doing anything else because they haven't done anything at all correctly.
