We live in a condo and we detected a water leak in our AC room and hallway bathroom, that eventually was traced to our upstairs neighbor's air conditioner. We called Coggins Plumbing in Rockledge. He determined it to be water leaking from the AC above us. They recommended that I call United Water Restoration Group immediately! It was the best advise we could have received !! We called them, and Armand, their Project Manager, answered the phone, and came out the next day, with Zach and Bill. They assessed the situation, and brought in scrubbers and de-humidifiers to get rid of the water. In the process, Zach partitioned off those rooms, with plastic, and removed tile to help with remediating the water. They took several days to do the job, and were always on time, always kept us in the loop, and advised us to what we needed to do next to get repairs underway. I would highly recommend them! If only I could give this company zero stars! My mom's condo in Hialeah, Fl sustained damage due to a nearby apartment being hit by lightning in May of 2016. It is now October of 2017 and my 83 year old mother is still unable to return to her home! They are on the fourth contractor appointed to this job and he is now missing in action! They come, do some work and disappear for months at a time! They have ZERO sense of urgency and REFUSE to give you an answer on when work will be completed or why work is so slow-going! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - especially if you are displaced - work will never be completed! NOTE: These are the same people as United Construction Group so don't let them fool you. They told me that they were sister companies and then said that they were two separate companies but would still try to help me?! Yeah right! Look up United Construction Group and it leads you right back to this company. Also look them up on BBB - several similar complaints to mine on there. Stay away! read more

You'll never know what a home emergency is until you experience it. For those who have experienced flooding in their home from water heater breakage, it's really devastating because of the damage it leaves. I was lucky enough to know someone at United Water Restoration to come help me the same day my water damage happened. United Water restoration was at my home within one hour, setting up dry vac's and dehumidifiers to extract the water. They helped me with any issues regarding insurance and payment right away. Being paid was not an issue for them because their main concern was to get the water damage fixed as soon as possible to prevent mold from happening. They did an amazing job with the whole process, including insurance and payment concerns. I'm grateful for the work David Melendez & his staff did for me. We had emergency water leak in our kitchen wall that spread into our kitchen cabinets, flooring and dry wall - IT WAS A TOTAL MESS!!. We contacted United Water Restoration. Our technician, Zack, came out and was wonderful, reassuring us that everything would be alright again. He made a terrible situation bearable; Zach was very professional, extremely knowledgeable about water damage and restoration. Throughout working with him he had to make several trips to our home and he always communicated with us, was very accommodating with our work schedule and was unfailingly punctual and called ahead of his arrival. I can't say enough kind words about this company. I especially can not say enough kind words about Joel Lebron and John Higueta. We had a water damage situation that turned into a mold situation. Not only did Joel, John and Rick do an impeccable job cleaning everything they all did it quickly and with compassion and care. I met Joel LeBron last week for mold remediation at my house. You know when you meet someone and you just know - "this is a good guy"! Well, that's how I felt. Joel and his team explained everything, so I could understand what they needed to do to fix things here. They were friendly, hard working and precise! They literally matched my ceiling paint perfectly, after eliminating the mold. They also left the air freshener fan here overnight because, though they use natural ingredients to kill the mold, I could still smell the thyme oil. Zach was a great service representative in drying out our kitchen and living room areas in our home after we had water damage from our dishwasher and disposal.
