At first I received great customer service and yes it was v nice to receive a PDF of the estimate. But, that all changed as soon as the work started. Would recommend literally anyone else to do a subpar roof. $46k in and MJ wasted all of the love at the beginning of the relationship and not when the roof was finishing up. In general had over 4 crews at my house and a number of areas on my roof still look like shit. She didn't even know which crew of hers did which parts so when they sent out a crew to fix things the fixing crew made it clear they would never do what was done the first time around. In my experience, just a poorly managed company chomping at the bit for work. Had to buy wood out of pocket in addition to the huge price tag when we communicated upfront that we needed new gutters and fascia even again as her team ripped the existing fascia off. At that point, she sent me another 800 bill in which she claimed she would wave for her mistake in crossed communication to subcontracted crew. I even parlayed my neighbor on to her because the onboarding was so smooth at start of contract. Zebras always show their stripes and I really wish i would have avoided this one. If i had a dollar for every eye roll, hem and haw, and cigarette smoked on my property during this scope of work id have enough to buy another damn roof from someone else. Avoid her at all costs.

He didn't make a lot of promises like other companies did. We had over 5 different estimates and Robert is the reason we went with Eagle Roofing. Let me start by saying. From start to finish it only took them 3 days to tear off the roof and install the new one. The installing Crew did an OUTSTANDING JOB too. Due to the heat of Florida, the crew worked extremely hard. I can't say enough about how impressed we were. Eagle Roofing has a Gem in Robert. If you are looking for an outstanding Roofing company to replace your Roof. Call Eagle Roofing and ask for Robert. It…read moreis a family-owned/run business, with Sam as the owner/project manager and his son and son-in-law doing much of the demo and finishing work along with his daughters in the showroom who helped us pick out our cabinets, countertops, sinks, fixtures and flooring. From the beginning, Sam and his entire staff were honest and helpful with getting us the design that we wanted. We knew what we wanted to do, but not how to configure anything, but Sam was able to envision everything during his appraisal of the job. We knew we wanted new cabinets and countertops in our kitchen and that we wanted to find a way to open the kitchen but just didn't know how. The design that Sam came up with was awesome and made our kitchen feel so much larger. We raised the old 1980s ceiling, which created way more cabinet space, but the design even came with moving appliances that had been in the same place since the house was built and tearing down some walls to make it more open to the dining room and living room. Then he suggested under cabinet lighting and more lighting all over the entire house. The bathroom was the other major renovation for us, and it looks spectacular with the new cabinet/countertop and shower that no longer has a 6-inch drop to get in. We added a shower bench which is awesome and the tile and fixtures are so pretty. Once again, Sam's staff helped us pick out all the cabinets, fixtures, countertops and flooring to go throughout the entire house. There were so many other things done like new baseboards and door trims, removal of popcorn ceiling and replacement of textured ceiling, new lights and ceiling fans, as well as new paint within the entire house. The entire renovation was done with quality workmanship and within the promised 6-week period. It was so nice to have a project manager overseeing all the trades people, such as carpenters, drywall installers, electricians, painters, tilers, glass installers, and plumbers, so that we didn't have to worry about scheduling anything separately. I highly recommend Superb Kitchens and Bath for all your renovation work!

Not only did they install our beautiful gutters but they also fixed our soffits and fascia destroyed by the recent hail storms. They were timely, easy to communicate with and the craftsmanship was perfect. The area around our porch was damaged, rotten wood and they removed old materials and added new soffits that matched our remaining soffits perfect.
