They reported " No deficiencies" when you can clearly see that the wiring is totally damaged and if disturbed could short out! Just a FYI, I'm a licensed electrical contractor. Here are other items completely missed by their inspector: 1) Garage door missing hurricane supports (Removed by previous owners) , rollers, hinges totally worn out, and garage door does not close all the way down. 2) Main bath shower drain clogged 3) Outlets in MB vanity not working 4) Pool light inoperative 5) Roof ridge vents missing end caps This inspection was not completed in a professional manner and I would be hesitant to hire this company. They are not honest and reliable and ignore life/safety issues! Buyer Beware!
