The sales person sold us on the company we paid our deductible and communication broke down. We waited 2 weeks to hear from a project manager(new to company) finally we went to office to go over the plans and flooring and paint colors. We were assured by the young lady in the office that our flooring budget would cover our choices. We were then given a start date that no one showed up for until a week later. We could not get an estimate on the finish date until the week it was finished. 2 months after insurance paid we got an additional bill stating we had an outstanding balance for our floors. And after numerous requests we finally received a bill. Not really sure when they realized our floors were not covered through insurance but we wish they would have told us in advance we would have made adjustments or paid for a higher quality floor. When we asked about the balance due we were told we signed saying we would cover anything insurance did not cover so we paid it. I say all of this to say communication is very important make sure they answer your questions up front or you will pay in the end.

As of today: New roof installed…read more Wind Mitigation Complete New insulation blown in the attic I have to pause and give a HUGE shot out to Sentinel Roofing who really helped through every bit of this. They made sure the permit went through and started the project on time, which allowed our new roof to be completed Wednesday 9/25. The day before Hurricane Helen was expected to hit. The roof was inspected and filed Thursday morning (9/26) prior to the City closing down at noon. When they thought their dumpster company wouldn't be able to pick up prior to the storm; they came to ensure the dumpster was tied down and secured. My husband was incredibly impressed how they took the time to sure through every eyelet on the tarp. The dumpster company also ended up coming Thursday early to pick up the dumpster so it was gone before the winds started. The Wind Mitigator and Insulation team showed up on time Monday (9/30) after the storm. Sentinel Roofing has an amazing group of people working with them. Every single individual I dealt with was not only incredibly kind and customer service oriented but also responsive, and was great with communication.
