**Scammers! Stay Away!** My experience with **The Wrap Factory** and **United Wrap** has been a complete nightmare. The Wrap Factory took my money end of December 2024. I met the owner that day and he shook my hand. They never completed my design or vehicle wrap, and then went out of the wrap factory went out of business and sold it to United wrap beginning of 2025. Mike knew then he was selling off the business and shook my hand and took my money Knowing he was days from closing. Afterward, Edgar C., the owner of United Wrap, promised to honor the services I had paid for. At first, this seemed like a solution, but after three weeks of me reaching out via phone and emails he completely went silent. Not once did they offer a refund or any kind of resolution. He didn't acknowledge my professional emails or answer my calls after I had paid over $3000!!! Why would they treat a small business like this? Companies like this do not deserve our support. They lack integrity, accountability, and basic respect for their customers. Avoid them at all costs. There are better, more trustworthy options out there. read more

I Asked this company to park my car inside because of leaking issues they parked it outside in the rain .secondly I asked them not to remove headlights as they were just aligned and are perfectly strait .They removed headlights and damaged the right front LED..NOW for the so called WRAP..totally unprofessional I will post pictures they are worth a thousand words..lastly I told the owner Mike that this work was terrible and that I expected him to remove the terrible work. And that he should pay for damages.He told me I could have my money back..so who pays for the removal? We had a pretty difficult transaction with this company 2 years ago, they cut a ton of corners and refused to fix it. Things like not removing the factory paint protection film, there's knife box cuts deep into the paint, our wrap had bubbling that never went away, edges that were lifted, and parts like the door handles and bumpers that peeled off immediately. Fast forward exactly two years later and we are having the wrap redone bc it held up like garbage, and surprise surprise, they coated our car in so much glue that the new wrap company can not safely remove it. I got a wrap to not only change the appearance but to also protect the paint and keep her mint. Well jokes on me because my paint is DESTROYED. DO NOT GO HERE. They'll seem great upon booking but as soon as they have your car, you're screwed. read more

I would give them no stars if that was a choice. so I brought my car to them about 3 maybe 4 years ago to be wrapped satin pearl white mind you my car was in a very good condition ready to be wrapped they did a great job on it, fast forward having the wrap after a few years it started to rot and get fried to my paint so I contacted them for the removal I dropped the car off the next 2 weeks i barely have communication as to what is going on with my car no updates no pictures nothing I get a call that some paint has been peeled off during the removal I am shocked so I ask for pictures to see damage I get nothing so they go ahead and keep working on it I have to bug to ask if it's done or for a update what's going on ? honestly so unprofessional the damage is so bad and is Going to cost us more to repair then this wrap was don't go to them!!! What a waste of time and effort. I spoke with the owner, Mike, twice on the phone and provided him with pictures of my RV. Mike said he was an artistry trade and he could do a great job with my new RV. He told me he went to college to study graphic design. He said he would crate the artwork needed based on my ideas. After speaking with Mike on the phone we decided it would be best for me to drive my RV 45 minutes to him so that he could take more accurate pictures and so that he could see the RV in person. Without hesitation I drove it to him. Mike was quick to show me his work and tell me about all the jobs he is working on. It looks like he does nice work. I was excited to have him working on my RV. I paid Mike a $250 deposit to begin the process. Apparently this would get me a date on the calendar and Mike would start working on the design. There was about a three week wait for the install. I put the date he gave me on the calendar. Mike didn't take any notes or show me any pictures when I described what I was looking for. I don't think he listened very well. In two days time he threw together a quick design that was not even close to what I was looking for. I wasn't worried. Mike had said in previous conversations that we could go back and forth with as many design changes as needed to get it right. I created a mock up of what I wanted along with extensive notes on what I was looking for. I sent these off to Mike so he could make the changes. Mike was very non-responsive. He started avoiding my calls and wasn't getting back to me. Prior to taking my deposit he always answered his cell and knew it was me. He used my name when he answered. After the deposit he stopped answering my calls. I called the store directly to try to get a hold of him. Sometimes I had success. Each time I reached him he said he was going to get on it that week. He told me I wouldn't believe how busy he was He kept saying he was so busy. Mind you my install date had come and past. It was weeks after the date it was to be installed and Mike still insists he needs a little more time because he is so busy. Each week he insists it will be done by the end of the week. Finally, almost two months after giving Mike a deposit, I receive an email from Mike. Hey John! I went ahead and refunded your card for the $250...  I'm just having a complete mental block on a design for this one.  Can't seem to come up with anything I'm happy with on it.  My apologies.  If you end up getting a design done and need it wrapped we can handle that for sure, I just don't want to give you a design that you're not happy with.  Thanks again!  That refund should show up in a day or two.  I'll forward you a copy of the refund receipt also. Looked around for a long while before deciding to come to this shop. They made me pay a deposit and drop off my car they said they would have it ready in about 5 days. Turns out they didn't even have the vinyl and they weren't able to get it keep in mind at this point my car was there for 1week+ i found it so unprofessional from their part to have taken the deposit and made drop off the car without having the things necessary to get the job done. So they email me to let me know they couldn't get the color or whatever so i decided to give them a second try and go with another color choice meaning i had to leave my car there for another week just for them to email me again and tell me they couldn't get that color either im so upset they had my car just sitting there this whole time. read more
