I am so mad at myself I didn't find them sooner! I can not say this enough! Gabriel and his wife are amazing, customer service couldn't be better. I had such a horrible experience with a previous company that kept BSing me about turnaround times and dates. So I was desperate and I found 909 Grafix and messaged Gabriel told him about my situation and he saved the day I was picking up my order within ONE HOUR! They gave me tips and instructions that were very helpful. My prints were very high quality I didn't have a single issue. They even gave me sample prints to test it. Don't waste your time anywhere else! These guys definitely know what they are doing and they care about their customers. They earned a loyal customer with me!

They give me an estimated max of 5 days to complete my order of only 1 small 3inx2in plaque with only 7 words. The owner was ignoring my phone calls and texts about when I could pick up. He claimed he would text me an image after 2-3 days to confirm the layout. After finally showing up to this shop in person where he couldn't ignore me (after 5 days of placing my order) he hadn't even started. I told him I would give him another 6 hours to complete it since he told me it would be ready the 5th day. I came back 6 hours later and he had forgotten about the order, once again. I waited inside the shop another hour waiting for my item to be ready (1 2x3 in plaque w 7 words) and he gave me my item misaligned and not centered. I expressed my unhappiness with my order and he sort of smirked and said I didn't have to pay and could walk away with nothing. After 5 days and 6 hours of waiting. I understand confirmed the font, but I wasn't aware I needed to also align his lettering and center the plaque also. Notice how the image I confirmed on the computer is centered differently from the plaque. I ended up walking away empty handed after them wasting my time. The gentleman was unprofessional. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and gave them multiple chances despite seeing the flaws in their service.

My absolute go to place for all things print. I get my dtf shirt decals, uv dtf, banners, etc from them. Great quality, and even better price. I drive all the way from riverside just to go to them, but when I can't make it out, they ship and I receive next day. I send all my people to them. read more

Terrible customer service. I've been been a corporate manager for 14 years. The experience I had was horrified. Cocky and Inconsiderate. You want someone to talk down to you, and make them feel bigger, come here. Even if it's a small project. People have to start somewhere just like this business, and every other business. You treat a customer the same no matter how small or big the order is. read more

Me and my business partner, walked in off the street and Gabriel stopped his endless amount of work to talk to us, talk designs and figure out prices. When we came back through Rialto we had SOOO MUCH SWAG! I posted up our hoodies, hats, and tank tops up on Facebook EVERYBODY LOST THEIR MINDS!!! The BEST place in the Inland Empire to come and get your custom designs!!! Originally started following the company on social media seen the work was great so decided to use their services for custom tshirts for work about 4 years ago. The shirts came out perfect and the printing still hold ups, like it was done yesterday. So been coming here for any printing needs, even referred other friends who got team shirts made etc. Prices are very reasonable and their customer service is excellent. I sometimes need shirts last minute and they have always come through for me, even in the clutch, no hesitation. Gabriel was helpful and understanding with my order. We needed shirts for my uncle's funeral and he was very flexible and adapted to my out last minute order and changes. It went from a 20 shirt order to 50+ reorders. Quality of the direct to garment transfer DTG is impecable. I've printed shirts before and always got screen printed sold to m as DTG. Owner really cares about the kids and the community. I called him and he was able to get our little league last names put on at a GREAT rate and he made it work on the same day. In fact, within 3 hours! Great rate on banners too with discount if you bundle a few items. Only reason we didn't get the banner was because one of our parents donated one to the team. Will definitely return to them in the future. We've already put the jersey through a couple washes and all the lettering has held up extremely well. read more

Only one star because Gabriel delivered the shirts to me. I had gone in the store to order 3 shirts. I said I needed them in a week. Gabriel said he would have them in 3 days. Didn't get the shirts until 2 weeks later. He ignored a lot of my messages. He really is unprofessional and undependable. Anyway the 3 shirts I received are kids shirts not women's as I had ordered. $81 in the trash. Didn't offer refund or discount. It's okay he needs the money more than me. Never again will I order from him. Bad customer service. If he doesn't know how to conduct a business he should close it down. read more

Our small dance studio used 909 Grafix for our studio & holiday parade shirts. It was a VERY last minute order and because we have a brand new business were working on a VERY tight budget; however, the guys at 909 Grafix did an amazing job! We had some mistakes with the orders delivery, but overall I was so impressed by this company's customer service. I would definitely recommend using them as I plan on using them again to order more shirts! 5-star service for sure! read more

I was referred to 909 grafix and thank goodness! Gabriel is super helpful and efficient. I needed a table cloth with my logo on it and he was super communicative and offered some good advice on how it should look. I placed my order on Monday and I had received it by Friday. Small, hard-charging business that fully met my expectations this morning. I needed three shirts embroidered on a walk on a walk in basis. The owner, Gabriel, personally took my work, spec'd the job and got it done quickly, professionally and exactly as I wanted. Well done, I'll be back. Check for the address before you come in. The shop is in the process of expanding to a new location. With this quality and ultra-reasonable pricing, I can see why expansion is needed. read more

First, I gave them a call to see if they would be able to complete the order and have it ready when I needed it in 2 days. Not only were they able to do it, they were willing to come hours early on the day of pickup at 7am to ensure that I would get to LA on time as we had a full l day scheduled! Exceeding expectations, they were ready the day before I expected!! When I got the call, that the t-shirts were ready, I wasn't near and wouldn't be able to get there before closing. Jose told me to call him and he would meet me that night so that I colud pick them up instead of me having to wait for the morning. This was even better!! Needless to say, the shirts looked great! The price was more reasonable than I would have paid DTLA! As for the turnaround time, I had already reached out to several vendors in DTLA and most couldn't even guarantee that my order would be ready when I needed. The vendors that did guarantee charged SEVERAL HUNDRED dollars EXTRA "rush fee" ! The only thing Rialto Print needed me to at least prepay half of the order total because it was last minute. I had no problem with that!! Overall, my experience was EXCEPTIONAL!! I think I've found a place for my printing needs near home and that makes me happy!!

I was a mailbox customer at UPS Store #6941 and have spent more than a month trying to get answers…read moreregarding a package that was scanned into the store and then could not be located. According to tracking, my package was scanned into the store on 4/16/26, and I received notification that it had arrived. When I later attempted to retrieve the package, it could not be found. An investigation was opened on 4/28/26. From that point forward, I communicated primarily with the store manager, Ally, and received a series of conflicting explanations regarding the status of my package. On 5/5/26, I was told that the package was still under investigation and that documentation was being reviewed. However, I later learned through UPS that the original investigation had actually been closed on 5/4/26 because UPS had determined the package was delivered correctly to the address on file. Despite that, I continued receiving information suggesting the matter was still being investigated. At one point, after I expressed my intention to escalate the matter to corporate, I was told that the package would be "redelivered" to the store. This immediately raised concerns because the package had already been scanned into the store on 4/16/26. I later contacted UPS International Claims directly and was informed that the statement that the package was going to be redelivered was false information. When I brought this information to Ally's attention and requested clarification, communication from her stopped completely. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that I was told Ally had spoken with the claims department and that the package remained under investigation, despite UPS records showing the original investigation had already been closed the day before. Since then, I have repeatedly requested updates and clarification regarding: * What happened to my package after it was scanned into the store * Why I was given conflicting information * Why I was told the package would be redelivered * Why the status I was being told did not match information provided directly by UPS I have also repeatedly requested contact from management and ownership. Multiple employees have told me they would notify Ally and have her contact me. I was told again recently that Ally would reach out. She never did. To date: * I have not received a clear explanation regarding the chain of custody of my package. * I have not received answers to several reasonable questions. * I have not been contacted by the store owner. * Ally has stopped responding after I questioned the discrepancies between what I was being told and what UPS Claims told me directly. I understand that packages can be misplaced and that investigations take time. My issue is not simply that a package went missing. My issue is the lack of transparency, the contradictory information, the lack of follow-through, and the complete breakdown in communication once I started asking difficult questions. As someone who receives time-sensitive business and promotional shipments, this experience has been incredibly frustrating and has significantly damaged my confidence in this location's package handling and customer service practices.

I was tasked to get polo shirts embroidered for my ministry. I accepted the task, because I thought it was going to be easy to find some online shop that could get me the shirts. However, I found myself asking questions that I could not find answers on websites. I decided to find someone local, see if they could show me samples and have the personal touch. I looked up a couple of shops on Yelp, but they were closed. I decided to go to 909 Grafix on a Saturday, after hours, without calling. I was lucky to find Gabriel was still at the shop and getting ready to leave. Instead of telling me the shop was closed, he welcomed me in and showed me various samples of shirts, answered all my questions and gave me a quote. Gabriel was very helpful and patient with all my questions, even when the shop was already closed. The polo shirts came out very nice and quick. Gabriel also keeps you updated on the orders. I went to 909 Grafix to have many shirts made of my favorite Outlander , Jamie Fraser. I searched for a long time to find someone that could make the shirts like ones I bought online. Nobody in Inland empire, Rancho Cucamonga,etc. Luckily I found one 909 Grafix. I'm a very impatient person when I want something done related to Outlander, it took a little while because a part broke and Gabreil and Rose were waiting for it to come in. I was almost ready to pick up my shirts and forget it, but thankfully I didn't. Because I'm absolutely thrilled with the results, there awesome. So tonight after work I went searching for more garments for 909 Grafix. Will be seeing them on Tuesday. Too bad there is not a way to give negative stars for this company. I was led to believe this company did great work and on time. However that is far from the truth. I am surprised to see how a small, simple order can go awry. All I asked for were some small flyers and business cards. The owner told me they would be completed in five days. However when I went to pick them up, he stated that he fell behind and needed extra time, which I was happy to see. After a couple of days I could not wait anymore for his call and canceled the order. If he knew he could not complete the task or was too busy, he should have said something instead of making me wait for over a week without giving any notifications or answering a simple call. There are other companies out there that do the same job and same price but more professional. read more

This has to be by far the worst service for a small company that I have ever received. I asked him to do a sign for my business which took up to FOUR MONTHS to complete. This guy kept falling behind so much on the work that he eventually stopped answering my calls and text. I eventually went to his work and asked him why it was taking so long. In that moment there was another customer present, and he didn't want the customer to hear my problems so he rudely began to kick me out of his office. I was so upset that I just left and waited for him to call me when the sign was ready. THREE weeks later he calls me telling me the sign is ready. Then what does he do? He raises the original price for the work! I just paid him the original amount and got the hell out of there. Never, I repeat, Never go this this place. read more

By far the worst sign co. Anywhere This guy has no clue what he is doing He clames to do electric signs but he just farms it out To any mickey mouse co. That will do everything for no money so im sure the quality is going to be crap. Since he knows nothing about lighted signs Gabe only talks big but thats it just talk & thats it. I would never use this guy for anything I found a way better sign co. In OC. On CraigsL And they do everything in house with warranty They did many signs in the inland area and all over , very nice. Best price I could find after looking around, quality was second to none and the turn around time was impeccable. Went in around lunch on a Friday and had a phone call hours later that my order was ready! Like I said, impeccable turn around.
