Reception: Very kind and informative. Insurance: They don't take insurance, make sure to call your insurance and understand your reimbursement policy before booking here. It's a you problem not the business. If you want quality sometimes you have to do your end of the work too. The receptionist was very responsive and honest about this and was able to explain it in full detail with tips as well. Chiro: Very good! I've gone to many practices. I only have one other that I love. This place is great for your typical chiropractic needs. They have a good assessment and take their time getting to know you and your body's needs. It always seems like there's a constant flow of customers and many returning ones, which is always good sign! I have many more appointments so I will update as needed. read more

Dr Kathy and Dr Jessie are the absolute best. We took our son to see Jessie for bodywork when he was two weeks old before he had a tongue tie release. He also was diagnosed by his pediatrician with mild to moderate torticollis and we worked with Jessie and Kathy post release for the past months. Our son is now five months old and doing great. I also started seeing Dr. Kathy for bodywork, which has been incredibly helpful. Everyone who works at Unity is wonderful and they are all so accommodating for new moms. Often times, my son would be having bodywork with Jessie while I was having a session with Kathy at the same time. Love, love, love Unity Chiropractic & Wellness. Everyone here is lovely, helpful and genuine. We were referred by our homeopath/midwife after having our third baby. Through treatments we were able to see she had a tongue and lip tie, and were able to help her. I attribute a lot of her early learning of motor skills to having her adjusted regularly through her quick growth. We now have all the kids treated and ourselves. The kids love their adjustments and laser treatments. I love the results. My husband and I know it's time to get them in when they are inexplicably cranky/whiny, not sleeping well, or get hurt. Kathy is very knowledgeable and really tries to find the root cause of issues. She always has good advice/words of encouragement. We have been able to help with oral function, sleep, coordination, and even speech with her help. I recommend her to anyone with kids with any sort of struggle--adhd, nightmares, going through growth spurts, injury, funny walks, lingering/frequent illnesses, snoring, etc. she wants kids to live their best life and learn how to care for their bodies to have a great future. BACK-PAIN SOLVED... I've never had results like I just got. I'm a bodybuilder and avid golfer and have used massage and chiropractors for decades. I was referred to Dr Kathryn Cantwell for chronic hip and back pain that I thought was going to end one or both of my passions. Dr Cantwell is a miracle worker. It wasn't fun, but when I got up to walk I felt nothing, no pain at all! But like I said, I've been through a lot of therapy, maybe it was just temporary. I can now tell you it wasn't. I've had the joy to work with several folks at Unity chiropractic! Nikki is a massage therapist that I had the pleasure of working with both during pregnancy and postpartum. She took the time to understand my issues of concern and focused on them. Dr. Jessie has been helping my son since a month old! She helped take the time to support my breastfeeding journey (I don't think I would have been successful without her!) And with my son, she helped with tongue tie release support, head shape/strength, and hip mobility, which in turn ahs helped with digestion. Dr. Kathy was my saving grace during pregnancy and postpartum. She helped me with lower back pain, rib pain, round ligament pain, and hip/pelvic pain during pregnancy. I think it was her work that helped get baby into a comfortable position and labor to go smoothly. Dr. Kathy is such a wonderful chiropractor and human! She is very gentle with her adjustments. Dr. Kathy will not force the body to adjust, if the body is being stubborn she will find alternate ways to get the body aligned. She has worked on and adjusted bones that my other chiropractor never thought of, like my collarbones (since I'm a mother and carry around car seats). Not only does she work on adjustments, but gives great advice on how to improve in many ways from how to carry my car seat to the shoes I should be wearing. She wants your body to function successfully outside of her clinic. She also takes extra time to massage muscles so the bones don't get pulled back into misalignment. This chiropractor clinic is amazing and go above and beyond. They also offer acupuncture and massage therapy! read more

I am in healthcare for almost 20 years now and seeing Dr. Kathy is the only thing that keeps me practicing in regards to my body. Four instance, I woke up one morning with deep inside my shoulder I had an ache. Over the next couple of weeks it got worse and worse and I thought to myself, "here we go i'm going to need rotator cuff surgery at some point". Remembering that she always makes me feel better when I see her consistently I give her a call. She gets me in her chair and within two minutes rotates my arm and tells me your clavicle is out! I have no idea how this could happen while I was sleeping but it did. She rotates my arm and does something with her hand that was very gentle and the pain was gone and never returned. It makes me wonder how other people get by without having a Dr. Kathy. If I would have let that be it would have turned into a chronic real problem and probably would have needed some other type of intervention, surgical or otherwise. She helps me with my jaw tension and clenching as well as my neck pain. She is amazing! I highly highly recommend her and I am not sure what I will ever do if she ever retires! read more

Dr. Kathy gave me my life back. I had a bad TBI injury years ago and would get headaches multiple times a week and always had a feeling of constriction in my head. Dr. Kathy actually got the pain to gradually go away; pain that had seemed untreatable. I had tried to ease it before unsuccessfully with countless therapies, and eventually gave up thinking I would have to live with it. If you experience persistent headaches, my advice to you is to just try one session with Dr. Kathy. I felt instant relief just from my first time there. Dr. Paula is amazing!!! I was having constant pain on my left shoulder area and my neck had been pretty stiff on and off since the birth of our oldest son 6 years ago. I've known Dr Kathy for many years and my entire family has been seeing her since my daughters were first born. They both developed into very successful high school and college athletes and one qualified for the Olympic Trials and now competing professionally. They wouldn't be where they are at without the expert care that Kathy provided.
