As this is not an isolated incident; the apparent authority of a membership services employee* and the clubs subsequent failure to take accountability for the loss of their members is extremely disappointing. Their revenues are hurting from the new upgrades and members getting fed up and leaving - it will surely only get worse until they become insolvent.

To my surprise, during this month of July, Mayfair was almost filled with students and swimming lessons through the day and members' right as a member are severely compromised. When I try to book a lane swimming this morning, there was almost nil openings until after 7 p.m. I think this is a serious breach of membership's rights under a contract for services with the club and someone should start a class action to seek a partial refund of the membership fees. I look forward to responses from members that will echo my grievances.

The lighting is a bit dim and there are dead spots where you can't see the bird but it's not bad. 5 courts if I recall correctly. Change rooms are a tad small. Shares same space with a dance studio but still had ample parking. $18/hr + $2 non member fee per person so it's best to get at least 6 ppl together.

I had to walk behind the counter and remove my own racket from the machine. I showed the lady the damages and she said it wasn't her fault. I took just took my stuff and left. I told the owner about the problem and he goes so whats your point. This type of place is rotten and can not be reasoned with.

The protocol for entering is to have a valid negative test, and pass a manned screening station plus temperature scan before being allowed in for sports training.
