All of which offered local Lyonnaise food. Thank you. Lyon is known for their food, but I have been unlucky with my meals. Some my fault, some theirs I am happy now to finally experience their local cuisine. Ambiance - Good size food hall. 3 butchers. 4-5 charcuterie shops. 7 bakeries. 11 cafes, bars, restaurants. 2 wine merchants. 5 seafood, oyster bars. 2 fish shops. 4 delis. 4 cheese shops. 3 produce shops. etc. Service - Overall good. Caters to both locals and tourists. Saw many tour groups. Price - Depends on what you buy, eat, or drink. I felt reasonably priced. Do keep in mind that this is also a tourist place, so prices may reflect that. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success.

I felt like we were the only ones in the market, very quiet and half the stalls were closed and many of them were covered with graffiti. We have been to many food markets across Europe and this was by the most disappointing. We didn't stay long. I would not recommend this to another tourist.

Shopping, shopping and shopping…read more Located across from the main train station, they have so many shops here for most everyone. Most shops sell reasonably priced items. I wasn't looking but not sure if they have high end stuff here but I guess that's what Paris is for. If I wasn't here on business, I think I would have enjoyed shopping here and possibly purchased a suitcase to take stuff home. I didn't buy anything (no rooms in my small carryon), but walked around to compare pricing with similar quality items in the US.

What started out as a 3 star review quickly dropped to 2 stars on day 2!…read moreToday's reasons for the drop are: Toilets close at 7:30pm when the mall (shopping) closes at 8pm. The stores are so rude starting at 7:30pm - Basically wanting everyone to GET out! No is their favorite word after 7:30pm. The good news is that the supermarket opens until 9:30pm and the restaurants open as late as 11pm. The toilets in the restaurant area stay open. Quality/Quantity - Huge mall! 3 floors. We came here for a Korean dinner; see my Chikin Bang review. Sadly, I regretted it. 198 shops. 66 restaurants. 5 entertainment. Ambiance - A beautiful huge mall. See my pictures of the directory. I plan on coming back when we have more time. I hope to take more pictures on the next day, or not. Paid toilets unless you create an account and download the app. So inconvenient. This alone dropped it one star! Service - Overall good. But it also depends on what you do, eat, or drink. Price - Depends on what you do, eat, or drink. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1960 with your 75 worldwide shopping centers. 2014 - Spin off from parent company. 2018 - New ownership, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield.

I stopped into this LV after I had done way too much shopping in Lyon and needed another travel…read morebag. It wasn't that busy but every employee that I could see was with someone. I waited a few minutes and looked around while waiting for someone to talk to me. Julien was the employee that ended up helping me and we had so much fun together! He got me the bag that I wanted, looked up the prices in US dollars too so I could see how they compared to euros. He also gave me the "tax free" forms that would ensure that I would be able to get money back from my purchase. The others stores that I had shopped at didn't tell me about this, I assume out of laziness, so I really appreciated that. Julien was a total sweetie and I wish the SAs at my local LV were half as great as he was. Will definitely return if and when I am ever in Lyon.

Not Happy! Not that…read moreI shop here a lot, or at all, but if I am there 15 minutes before closing time and the gates are halfway down - and some bouncer look-alike guy tells me through the gate that there is a problem with the cashier's system, and that's why they are closed for a bit (conveniently until they close at 7:00 p.m. anyway), while I was ready to put down a ridiculous amount of money for an ugly sack of a purse (NOT FOR ME - for a colleague who lives somewhere where it's even more expensive), then I am NOT HAPPY! Having worked in a luxury environment myself for a long time, there are ways to deal with it, i.e. have bouncer-guy stand outside - offer alternative - take a phone number - whatever. I live next door, it's no big deal, but this was Walmart service at a LV store - wait, Walmart has nice greeters outside... Grrrrrrr - thanks for making me fight my way through traffic!
