I wanted to share here what a wonderful experience I had at this dental office. I had a cracked…read moretooth that I needed to treat emergent. I've passed by Greenspot Crossings Dentistry multiple times and gave them a call. The manager of the facility, Lisandra, picked up the phone and got me in same day to be seen. When I walked in, I was amazed at how nice the facility was. They have complimentary coffee, a clean and welcoming environment, and lots of friendly faces greeting you, including the dentist I saw Dr. Chioma. While I waited to be seen, the manager was able to look at all my benefits and helped me work out the best options for me. I was taken back for x rays by Taylor, who is the kindest dental hygienist I've ever had. I hate the dentist and she made me feel so welcome and calmed my nerves. I ended up needing a crown, and on the day of the procedure, Taylor was there and calmed my nerves again. Everyone was helping me through it. The procedure wasn't painful at all! The next day I came in to get my permanent crown and I was welcomed by Bernice. She walked me through the steps and helped me work out a payment method. She's very sweet. Dr. Chioma and Taylor made sure I had a very calming experience and talked me through everything. Dr. Chioma knew my gums and teeth were sensitive so she was able to numb my gums a bit before the crown fitting and the cleaning afterwards. I cannot recommend this dental office enough! I'm so happy it's near my home and I found a dentist I can trust. Thank you all so much for an amazing experience from start to finish, I will see you all back in 3 months for another deep cleaning!

I haven't had a filling or any issues with my teeth in 30 years, but went in with minor sensitivity (not pain) above a front tooth and my routine cleaning at Greenspot Crossings Dentistry. I left with $4500 in recommendations, which included claiming a deep cleaning was absolutely necessary along with a root canal and crown on my front tooth with a recommendation for the other front tooth as well for cosmetic reason. Not to mention claiming I had 2 other cracked teeth and 2 other wisdom teeth with cavities which should get pulled. I paid $130 out of pocket to get a second opinion from a dentist outside my network who was recommended from people I know and trust and he said we should monitor the tooth with sensitivity with follow up xrays in a couple months, but none of the other recommendations were needed. AND if they ever did a root canal on a front tooth they would never crown it where I would basically lose the whole tooth. I hope this review saves someone else the stress and headache they caused me. I will never go back.

The receptionist, Yania, actually stayed an hour past her shift just to ensure my medications were processed before she went home--this team truly goes the extra mile. The next day, I saw Dr. Chung, who confirmed the tooth was infected. Because the area was too sensitive for an immediate extraction, he prioritized managing the infection and my pain first. Over the next four days, the communication was incredible. They use a text system that is very responsive; Dr. Chang himself even responded to my texts over the weekend while the office was closed. By the following Tuesday, the infection was down and I went in for the extraction and bone grafting. The local anesthetic was perfect--I felt low to no pain. I was sent home with clear instructions and a full 10-day recovery plan. From start to finish, this team was professional, caring, and thorough. Good luck." Luckily, Redlands Family Dental Care was open and accepted emergency walk ins. We were seen within thirty minutes of the accident. They were so friendly and accommodating, even speaking to the endodontist on call who made arrangements to see her first thing in the morning tomorrow. They created a temporary seal until tomorrow's appointment and made sure that my daughter was comfortable the entire time. At the end of the visit, we switched the entire family over to this dentist.
