What I consider to be a 5 star experience is when someone introduced themselves by name and tells you who they are and what they'll be doing. Yes, I know that's such a simple thing, but in my experience, most people don't introduce themselves as such. They may say what their role is, but don't mention their name. That is basic customer service that many businesses lack. But not at New Smiles Dental. Sophie was kind, she educated me on my oral health and she cleaned my teeth SO WELL! I haven't had a filling or any issues with my teeth in 30 years, but went in with minor sensitivity (not pain) above a front tooth and my routine cleaning at Greenspot Crossings Dentistry. I left with $4500 in recommendations, which included claiming a deep cleaning was absolutely necessary along with a root canal and crown on my front tooth with a recommendation for the other front tooth as well for cosmetic reason. Not to mention claiming I had 2 other cracked teeth and 2 other wisdom teeth with cavities which should get pulled. I paid $130 out of pocket to get a second opinion from a dentist outside my network who was recommended from people I know and trust and he said we should monitor the tooth with sensitivity with follow up xrays in a couple months, but none of the other recommendations were needed. AND if they ever did a root canal on a front tooth they would never crown it where I would basically lose the whole tooth. I hope this review saves someone else the stress and headache they caused me. I will never go back.

I've passed by Greenspot Crossings Dentistry multiple times and gave them a call. The manager of the facility, Lisandra, picked up the phone and got me in same day to be seen. When I walked in, I was amazed at how nice the facility was. They have complimentary coffee, a clean and welcoming environment, and lots of friendly faces greeting you, including the dentist I saw Dr. Chioma. While I waited to be seen, the manager was able to look at all my benefits and helped me work out the best options for me. I was taken back for x rays by Taylor, who is the kindest dental hygienist I've ever had. I hate the dentist and she made me feel so welcome and calmed my nerves. I ended up needing a crown, and on the day of the procedure, Taylor was there and calmed my nerves again. Everyone was helping me through it. The procedure wasn't painful at all! The next day I came in to get my permanent crown and I was welcomed by Bernice. She walked me through the steps and helped me work out a payment method. She's very sweet. Dr. Chioma and Taylor made sure I had a very calming experience and talked me through everything. Dr. Chioma knew my gums and teeth were sensitive so she was able to numb my gums a bit before the crown fitting and the cleaning afterwards. I cannot recommend this dental office enough! I'm so happy it's near my home and I found a dentist I can trust. Thank you all so much for an amazing experience from start to finish, I will see you all back in 3 months for another deep cleaning!

First and foremost, Dr. Wang is a passionate dental educator at heart and incredibly professional and knowledgable! My new patient visit included x-rays, a thorough cleaning, MANY photos of what my teeth actually look like (yikes, the plaque!), a tooth-brushing demonstration, and guidance about how to use a Water Pik. The treatment plan she formulated for me was conservative, fair, and reasonable, and there was not one attempt to try to upsell me. She taught me so much about my teeth and oral hygiene care in that initial visit. And like any good educator, she was transparent about the work she was doing and what she plans to do with my teeth. I found her to be so motivating and encouraging. As someone who has never been a consistently good dental patient, I really appreciated her approach. I went back a month later for a few fillings and she showed me (via before and after photos) how much I've improved in my oral hygiene and a few areas where I need to be more diligent.
