Buyer beware: I ordered a product from them on September 16th 2017 and paid extra for expedited shipping (2d Day Air). To date I have not received the product, nor have I received any confirmation that the product has shipped. I've tried contacting them via their website email as well as calling. They haven't replied to my email and despite calling over a dozen times, no one picks up the phone no matter what extension I dial. I finally called my bank today to have the charge reversed. I'm not convinced this is a real company but if they are, they are HORRIBLE at customer service. Sent them an email and the response was automated saying "our customer support staff is looking into your inquiry". No, actual response or solution from that after a week and several more emails. Tried calling using every option of their automated phone system, it either ended with leaving a message that was never answered or being hung up on. Finally, their online chat is never online. Buyer beware!!! I would give them zero stars if I could. I purchased a $150.00 product on Monday September 18, 2017. I paid extra for expedited shipping 3-5 business days. When I had not received shipping tracking information by Thursday, September 21, 2017, I tried calling their customer service to confirm the item had shipped. After calling and getting sent to a voicemail over a dozen times, I sent an email to them. The following day I received this response: "We do apologize for any delays as we are dealing with a warehouse system that has gone down causing many delays - We are working to get this issue resolved and will be expediting orders accordingly as soon as everything is back up and running. Again we do apologize for the delay and greatly appreciate everyone's patience while this issue is resolved." No indication of when the issue would be resolved or when my item would be shipped. I sent them another email asking for this information and never received a response. On Monday, September 25, 2017 I sent them another email asking them to confirm that my item had shipped or that my credit card had been credited within 24 hours or I would file a dispute with my credit card company. Still no response to this day and item still not received. Cannot recommend to anyone to do business with this company. read more

FAKE COMPANY!! RIPOFF ALERT!! Ordered and chose 2 day shipping (extra$$) on an item that cost me over $250. It never showed up. I should also mention that a girl called me saying that she was a Universalmania Rep, she sounded like she might have actually been about 14 years old. She said my billing address was incorrect. I felt uneasy about giving info over the phone, so I went back online and edited my information thinking that my product would finally show up. NOPE. Very long story short, no one has ever answered the over 25 emails and calls I've placed to Universalmania and my product never came. I put in a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission and sent an email to Google to let them know they're advertising for a completely fraudulent company and disputed the charge with my bank. I ordered $200 worth of stuff and their website says it takes 24-36 hours to process and ship but its been over a week and they have not sent any shipping information. They had no problems taking my money the next day though. They don't answer emails and their phone line has no one answering. Beware of this company. I ordered from them, and have not received my item. They charged my credit card, and sent me a conformation on my items. A week later still nothing from them, no communication or items ordered. Called and they said there was a problem with the warehouse server, and that the product would ship tomorrow. I ordered a product and realized it was the wrong item, and I contacted UM to cancel the order *not long after ordering at all*, but UM said the order "was already proceesed" and could not be cancelled, and I would have to refuse the UPS order at my house, which is not possible, as the UPS driver just dropped it off on my porch, so I had to get an RMA# from UM and pay out of my pocket for return shipping. I contacted UM for refund, and they tell me they will not refund my shipping because it was "not a fault of their own" that I ordered the wrong product, which I get that part, but I contacted them quickly after placing the order, and for UM to leave it up to me to refuse the delivery when that is not possible is just BAD BUSINESS!! Can't go lower than 1 star, otherwise I would. This seller runs a scam. They claim delays due to "natural disasters" at Texas and Florida. In reality, they just take your money and don't ship anything. I placed an order back on 9/24, it's 10/21 and the status is still as "accepted". I tried to call them, e-mail them, etc. to no avail. I pretty much submitted a claim with PayPal and my credit card company so I can hopefully get my money back. One thing I'm doing for sure, is providing feedback on all sites, where I can, to hopefully warn future victims NOT to fall prey of their scams. read more

Run Away! This Site Is A Scam! I ordered a $400 item that was listed as one of 6 that were in stock. I received a prompt email notifying me that my order was being processed, that I would receive it in 4 to 5 days (free shipping!) and that I would receive a follow up email when it shipped. Five days later, on further emails and no item. I called twice during east coast business hours. Both times it rang until the call was disconnected on their end. I emailed customer service and received a automated reply that promised I would hear from CS as soon as they could. There is no place on the website where you can cancel an order. I attempted to cancel by email and phone and got the same non-responses. I disputed the charge to my VISA card and wrote my wasted time off as a lesson about sites that promises deals that seem too good to be true. read more

I called the company several times, left several messages, and emailed the company many times. None of my phone calls were answered, none of my phone calls were returned, and none of my emails were replied to. I ended up filing a complaint through the BBB of North Carolina. When I went to check the receipt of my "purchase," I found that the website could not be reached in its entirety. I sent emails and it sends and automated reply. So I contacted the FBI here in San Antonio and they referred me to the Internet Crimes website. So I left a complaint with the FBI (IC3.gov) website and next I'm talking with my bank and see if I can get my money back. This makes me angry but they are going to get in some deep trouble with the FBI Internet Crimes department. It would pass fine for a toy shotgun stock, but I would never put such a piece of garbage on an actual firearm. So I asked for an exchange for a superior one (mako/fab defense). After wasting hours if not days demanding a 'return code,' they were able to send me another package--this time it was someone elses order altogether, and nothing I could use. After more hours and days demanding a refund and to cancel the purchase, they sent me the correct stock--after I had already ordered it from a more competent vendor. so i then had two stocks, and had to go thru the return process yet again. Most likely someone bought a new set, switched it with their old ones and returned the old ones. I returned them and was given the runaround for my refund. I placed an online order with them and then tried to cancel within about 10 minutes of ordering. I received an automated email letting me know they received my cancellation request, but about 5 days later they sent me another notification letting me know that my product was being shipped. Again, I responded letting them know I wanted to cancel the order. They did not respond. I also tried calling several times. I called every directory listed in their automated phone system and no one answered. The package the product arrived in does not include return instructions. It says to contact the company if you want to return the product. Unfortunately, the company does not respond to calls or emails, so I'm stuck with their product. read more

Stay away from this company in any nature. Ordered a rotomolded cooler in mid-late September 2017. Got an email stating it would be shipped in 5-10 business days and I would get tracking information when shipped. Come early October and multiple emails and phone calls/voicemails, I received no response from the company. I emailed to request a cancellation and let them know I would be cancelling. I sent it to them on Facebook messenger, voicemail, and email to their customer service and I let them know I would be contact PayPal and BBB. No response.I called PayPal and disputed the charge. They escalated it immediately after I told them the owner was in prison as of May 2017 for the next 3 years for selling counterfeit items. PayPal refunded me and I lodged a complaint with the BBB. I never heard anything after that and thought this nonsense was behind me. WRONG. In mid November, I received an email while I was out of town for a few weeks, that the product was getting ready to be delivered. I thought this can't be right considered I cancelled this order over a month ago. Well, I clicked on the tracking link and it said it was ALREADY delivered to my house. The delivery date was a week prior to the day the email notifying me that it was being ready to be shipped was sent. I asked a neighbor to check for the package. Nothing there. I respond to the email that the package never arrived. I got an immediate response from Kurt Derizzio at the company and said they take fraud very seriously and would open an investigation on me. I stated in a reply, that I did not want to deal with this company anymore and I have not wanted to deal with them since October when I asked to cancel and provide a full refund. I told him I was still out of town and told him when I returned I would check for the package and if it was there, despite the fact that it had been sitting outside for an entire week with no one home in plain sight for anyone to just steal it, then I would gladly return it, however I refused to pay return shipping costs. I asked how his company wanted to pay for the return if the product was there when I returned. I received no response. That was 2 months ago. Checked the website today on 1/30/18, and its now taken down. Stay away from this company in any nature. read more
