A great large store to hit if you're walking Citywalk- I dip in almost every single time, even if it's just to duck out of the heat for a minute. We have bought so many gifts for the kids here over the years and I always love seeing slightly different merchandise in this shop. I spend extra time- this visit I was so tempted by the Toothless Merchandise! And everything Harry Potter. My daughter was begging for a minion t-shirt for Lilly! This is the biggest gift shop store in the park. It's right at the entrance, next to minion mini land. The has products from all corners of the parks, all themes are covered here like Harry Porter, Nintendo World, Marvel, Minion, Transformers, Jurassic Park, and few more. There are all sorts items available like magnets, pins, apparels, hats, cups, mugs, bags, dolls, toys, bottles, key rings, socks and so much more. It takes a while to explore the whole store. The prices are little bit higher since it's a tourist place. But some things are worth the price. There are several associates available around the store. Some stand in front offering visitors deals and credit card promos. Checkout lane has multiple registers open and move fast. I bought few small magnets from the store. read more

This store is huge! Universal Studios Store is located near the parking garage entrance area at Universal CityWalk in Orlando Florida. If you missed buying merchandise in the theme parks, you should check out Universal Studios Store! The merchandise at this store is quite extensive! The store just recently expanded with two new immersive areas dedicated specifically to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Super Nintendo World! You can now get butterbeer at Universal CityWalk! You can find the merchandise from Hogsmeade, Diagon, Alley, and even some of the merchandise from Epic Universe's Ministry of Magic! Super Nintendo World is my favorite part of the store. I grew up playing Super Mario Brothers, Donkey Kong, Yoshi's Island, Mario Kart and so much more! In this section of the store, you'll find a variety of themed merchandise from Mario, Princess Peach, Yoshi, Luigi, and others! There is also a lot of themed apparel too! You can't miss this store! It's right next to the Cinemark Movie Theater and across from the Epic Universe Preview center! This store has so much souvenir and memorabilia! This is a must visit if it's your first time a Universal's CityWalk in Orlando Florida! read more

The staff was nice. Facility was clean. We were in town for just a few hours and decided to go to the City Walk and stop for our butter beer. The butter beer was delicious. I had the regular as did my sister, and my brother in law had the frozen. The variety of items and sizes in the store is wonderful. Fully stocked. read more

Want Universal Studios merchandise, but don't have a theme park ticket? No worries, check out this shop in city walk! Easily my mom's favorite store as it has the largest selection and found some great souvenirs here. Checking out was super easy with friendly staff. Stopped by after a show at the Hard Rock and walking around City Walk. The store is packed with a wide array of merchandise from popular franchises ranging from Harry Potter and the Simpsons to Minions and Marvel. The selection is diverse and pretty impressive. The prices are surprisingly reasonable compared to other theme park stores, particularly Disney, making it easier to find gifts or souvenirs without breaking the bank. I got a large ET plush doll for my 8 year old and it was $20. I feel like at Disney something of the same size would easily be $50 or more. On the downside, I have to note that it can get extremely crowded here. When we visited it was ridiculously packed. The only reason I decided to go was that my kids forced me to lol. Navigating through the aisles and jockeying for a look at the merch was a bit of a chore, and the long lines at the checkout were pretty rough. Overall though, I give this shop 4 stars. It's a pretty good place to pick up a souvenir or collectible if you're into Universal shows and movies. read more

The addition of this store just makes so much sense. It seemed weird to me before that there wasn't a BIG, main Universal gift shop in Citywalk. I mean, sure, they've always had the legacy store which is on the other side of the square, and big shops in the entrance of both theme parks, but it's still different. Tons of people go to CityWalk every day without ever stepping foot in the parks. It's only logical to then have a store where you can find lots of souvenirs and goodies outside of the parks. Disney has a massive gift shop in Disney Springs that attracts way too many people, because tons of people go to Disney Springs without ever going to their given theme parks. They know what they're doing. So it was a good move for Universal to do the same. But I have to say, I did still have higher hopes for this store. It's much bigger looking from the outside than it is inside, I think. They do have some really neat stuff, and actually some things you can't really find inside the parks, especially in the Harry Potter section. But it's still not an impressive store, especially for being the "big" Universal Shop in CityWalk. I don't know man, maybe I just had too high of expectations. I'll also clarify something at the bottom here for all who were very confused like myself: there are 2 "Universal Studios Store"'s. This one, as you can read in the title, is located in CITYWALK. It's a brand new store that only opened very recently. There's an original Universal Studios Store inside the Universal Studios theme park, and the title of that also labels it. Apparently the Universal heads couldn't be creative enough to come up with different names for these stores, or else just wanted to thoroughly confused everyone of which they were most successful lol. read more

I bought 2 tee shirts here, the "Peace, Love, and ride the movies" and a shrek tee. I Ioved walking around this store because not only was it not crowded when I was there but it had an overwhelming amount of throwback items. If I could recommend one souvenir shop, it would probably either be any of the Universal Stores or the Legacy Store because it seems like they have everything when it comes to classic Universal Studios. read more

This Universal Studios Store is located inside The Loews Sapphire Falls Resort at Universal Studio Orlando. I came to this store the second day I was at the resort. I was curious what they sold inside. Well... tons of items from movies and tv shows. The store is huge including having a small Simpsons section I am a huge fan of The Simpsons... and when I saw T-shirts, mugs and jackets with Duff Beer on them, I laughed out loud... The store also has a small Marvel section and a gigantic Harry Potter section. The Harry Potter section of the store even sells wands, wand stands and full costume for anyone wanting to imagine they are a wizard... cloaks and all. Anyway I did buy a few T-shirts from the Marvel Comics section as my brother's birthday was a week away. This was very convenient for me as I got him a nice gift for his birthday without having to make too much of an effort. If you need a souvenir or gift while staying at Loews Sapphire Falls, definitely check this place out! read more

I love, love, love this new Citywalk store. They were building it last time I was here and now we finally got a chance to visit. They have really almost everything you might want which makes it way easier to not need to shop inside the parks. We got our chocolate bars, of course, some HP sweatshirts, an interactive wand, some fun plush toys. The people working here were very accommodating and answered all of our questions and really helped us a lot. This is the perfect place if you forget to purchase something in the park or do not have tickets to a park but are hankering some Universal merch, which we often do if we stay elsewhere and just want to visit Citywalk. It is spread out into different themes of the parks so you can find what you want easily. Very spacious and good use of space since some of our favorite independent places unfortunately left the area. read more
