I went in to have copies of a survey. The guy waiting on me was very friendly and helpful.

We went in today for our scheduled appointments to have our fingerprints done. We got there and a lady (without saying hello) shuffled up to us and proceeded to complain that she had not eaten and we would "just have to wait" because she needed a burrito and it would be a few minutes. My husband said, "We had appointments" in a very even, polite tone and she went off on him (in front of our children) saying, "Well I haven't had my lunch so you just have to wait!" and motioned for me to follow saying she could start one of us since her husband was not yet back with the desired burrito. While in the back, she was clearly agitated and I asked "Are you okay?" And she barked, "No I'm NOT! He was very rude and I just need to get my lunch." And I said, "We can wait a few minutes if you need to..." she interrupted and said, "Let's just get you started, but he can't be mean like that" and was going to say more when I said, "That is my husband!" and she yelled, "I KNOW I SAW YOU TWO WALK IN TOGETHER" Thankfully a young man came over and said he could take my fingerprints while she went to her office. I was shaking, and extremely angry. I don't even want to go into detail about how unorganized and dissolved their business was - with papers strewn all over the place. I simply wanted to get our fingerprints done and get out of there. THEN when I left a bad review on Facebook, they jumped all over it and had a relative (with the same last name) give a 5 star review to offset it. If only they were so quick to serve their customers politely, they wouldn't need to defend themselves. I'm absolutely appalled at how we were treated. We had appointments, and we would have been understanding if she needed time to grab a quick bite - but we did NOT deserve to be treated that way. read more

I had scheduled an appointment to get my fingerprints done. I got to University Copy a few minutes early. I stood patiently in front of the counter waiting for someone to acknowledge me. Finally, I was asked what I was waiting on. I let them know I had an appointment for fingerprints. I was told to sit and wait in a chair. My husband, who was also on his lunch break, was waiting for me in the car. After waiting for close to 25 minutes past my appointment time, a lady came to the front and told me to follow her. I followed her and pulled out my phone to text my husband and let him know to pick up lunch since they were running behind and I would eat on the way back to work. The lady very rudely told me to turn my phone off. I explained what I was doing and she again very rudely stated to turn my phone off. When we began the process, she would jerk my fingers into place. My thumb actually hurt for a couple of days after because of how she handled me. I went to get fingerprints so that I could provide respite care. When or if I have to get my fingerprints done again, I will ask to go somewhere else, even if it means I have to drive out of town. read more

I have used this place several times in the past few months. My initial reason was to get my fingerprints done. I brought my 1 year old son, and we were both treated very respectfully. I came back to print some applications and was treated very well again. I recently had to have them print, scan, and email a document and was very kindly offered a pen. I don't know why this place doesn't have a five star review, but I will continue to come back for friendly customer service. Thank you. read more

Very knowledgeable and super friendly staff! I had invitations, stickers, and a few odd and ends printed for my little ones birthday and they did not disappoint. I've been using UCP for years, mainly for bulk printing of personal documents, once for fingerprints. I've never used the barbershop. They do excellent work, and always make sure I get my jump drive back, which I inevitably forget. read more

Reviewing from a friend's experience today and what I saw from the owner's response on social media. They were incredibly rude, had zero customer service, and treated my friend's horribly. Then try to defend their behavior and actions on Facebook by saying it was okay because they needed to eat and use the restroom. They did all of us this in front of small children.
