Easy access from both main roads though getting out and into the opposite direction will require a uturn to cross traffic. Costco is the main draw here with the largest foot print and the most parking spaces. Costco also has a Gas Station so there is a lot of traffic for that. The larger building at the north has pizza, CBD, hair salon and cleaners. The larger building at the south has TJ Maxx, Home Goods, Staples and such. Outbuildings include the oil change shop, a cell phone store, Chick-Fil-A and Bob Evans. The traffic light nearest to Costco isn't awesome and has a strange design. If you can exit to the south/east, you'll be better off. There is a lot of traffic here and many hidden spots. Cheese and a lumber liquidator with some vacant storefront/office suites plus an outbuilding with a bank. Still, the shopping center is in good condition with smooth paving and plentiful lighting. There is easy access from multiple entrances and exits. The intersection at Pine Island and US-41 has a traffic light, so you should have no trouble getting in or getting across the traffic. Parking spaces are well marked and aisles are bidirectional. It's not too difficult to ascertain how to exit. There is easy entrance from Cape Coral from the west but from the east, you will be crossing three lanes of traffic. There is no easy way to get out and be headed west without a u-turn. There are entrances from both major roads, though crossing over three lanes of Santa Barbara is quite dangerous. If you're headed north on Santa Barbara, make the turn and enter from Veterans even though you'll be driving a bit out of your way. It is a clean and open shopping center with some low landscaping and also tall palm trees. There is lighting throughout. The entrance at the east side is closest to Publix so expect some unprepared and unaware drives to go past the supermarket faster than they should and not stopping for pedestrians.
