They had a promotion The Ultimint Plan 2026 at 24.29 in April 2026. The employee said they won't charge me the regular membership fee if I cancel it before July 22. I canceled my membership on July 16 but they did not process my my membership cancellation and I was charged 52.49 on July 23. Their employees told me they were confused whether to pause or cancel my membership but did neither. And they refused to refund the charges to my credit card. I still keep on cancelling my membership online but whenever I check my account, It's still active! This is fraud!

I don't want to line up with…read morepeople buying lottery tickets in front of me so purchase at the pump. the pump either doesnt give you the option, so you move to another pump. today I moved twice then the printer didn't work so I went in and lined up anyway. sometimes it pronts and doesnt print the wash code so you get all the way to the front of the line and have to run in and get the code while other customers wait for you. I've brought this numerous times with the Coop and it stays the same. You suck Coop gas bar.

I inured my wrist making it very painful and casted, since my job involves computer work it also made it hard for me to so my job efficiently. I contact Esso head office where they started a claim and said the owners will contact me regarding the settlement and in the three weeks i have not had a single call not even to check and see how i am doing they have however fixed the parking block. If you get hurt on this property - seek legal assistance it will save you time and frustration.

This location is close to a Walmart and seems to have an inordinate number of just plain rude…read morecustomers (no car signals when coming or going in a tight spot... no patience for vehicles leaving parking spaces... therefore, staff seem more on edge than at other locations (less friendly)... BUT... I am 72, have had enlarged prostate problems since age 60 and just finished a month of radiation to treat 'that organ's' cancer. So, it is a joke when a son-in-law and his driving-son (who blew an engine simply because the oil was not checked) show up to try to convince my slightly older spouse to put a 'cheap gas!' 'app' on her cell phone... to save 'cents on the litre!'. I use Co-op gas bars primarily for this reason... they have EASILY ACCESSIBLE AND CLEAN washrooms for an old guy to run into, even when he does NOT buy gas... or another item from their bright convenience sections... I WILL pay cents more for GOOD SERVICE and a friendly business (have not met an unfriendly service attendant at these locations, yet). AND they WILL check your oil and wash your windshield, if they need it... Which is why the household joke now is "can't drive past a Co-op sign without goin' for a 'P, spelled RELIEF with a capital Pee!' Ain't about saving dimes on a gas tank... IS about SERVICE!!!
