Neither does Wascana Auto Body or Western Auto Body. A lot of the shops just do R&R (remove and replace). LK Autobody gave me a quote that was 2X Wilf's quote. I spoke to a friend who has restored some old vehicles and he recommended Wilf's. I went in there and I have to admit the decor of the front office did not give me a good first impression (with the animal collection it is more like they are running the business out of their home). However it does have a very family type atmosphere. Anyway, I thought I would give them a try. The courtesy car was hilarious but it got me from home to work. The day after I dropped my car off I went back to check on progress and they let me in the back to talk to the tech who was working on my car. We discussed what the problems were and what he could do. The work was done on day 3 and the final result was beautiful. The welded patch was smooth and the paint job was excellent. I would definitely go back for future work.

All excited because I finally have my vehicle back. I walked in the girl working there greeted me as we are closed for lunch from 12-1. She was rude and not professional at all. I apologized as I didn't know and said I was also on my lunch break and it's the only time I can pick up my van. I paid for it and left. Drove about 10 blocks and was getting honked at since my foot was nearly at the floor and I couldn't past 40. My brakes weren't working properly and my van was backfiring. I turned around and took it back. Told them it wasn't drivable. They said it wasn't their fault they are not mechanics. I explained it was driving fine when I brought it in a month ago and now it isn't so not making sense. I would never recommend this place nor will I ever use them in the future.

I would not trust taking my vehicle to any other service station in Regina. I had been dealing with a dealership since I bought my car and recently the warranty ran out. I had a concern with a noise I heard and was given an $800 plus estimate. After having several bad incidences happen with the service department at this dealership I decided to take my car to Kuntz's Automotive here in Regina, with a recommendation from a friend. The owner checked over my car plus another service man was asked to check it as well and both came to the conclusion this $800 estimated work was not needed. They could have gone ahead with the repair and I would not have been any the wiser but instead he explained why this wasn't needed and when he said to me he couldn't live with himself had he gone ahead with this repair, I knew I had found the one and only service shop I will ever trust to work on my vehicles. If there was a rating from 1-10 being the best, I would have a hard time giving them only a 10 when 15 even 20 wouldn't be enough to show my appreciation for how I felt leaving KUNTZ'S AUTOMOTIVE that day especially when all I could say was thankyou so much.
