The studio had hygiene items for emergencies for its members and low and behold there it was...... a giant can of aerosol deodorant. I proceeded to hot box the entire restroom so that I could bathe in the sweet smell of "autumn dusk" Anyways long story short it made me smell a little better and I really appreciate their thoughtfulness. The coaches also come around to correct form if needed. What I love most is walking in and being greeted by the coaches, they all take the time to remember everyone's name. Yesterday was my 100th class with F45, I love that they celebrate your milestones with you! Even got the most thoughtful card from Coach Starla! Everyone is amazing! Thank you so much Coach Starla, Paige, Caitlin, Bree, Eva, Brianna, Nancy, Sean, Jacob, Michelle, Gemma, Mauricio, Naomi! Might be leaving some out but they are all amazing! I was recommended by a friend and I am soo glad I booked an appointment with her. I have a background in cheerleading and dance so my body has had a lot of trauma from injuries in the past. Lately I've been having a lot of hip and leg pain so I knew it was time to get worked on. I was scared to try cupping but Veronica was great at explaining everything and made me feel comfortable. She worked in all the areas I needed help on and yes it was painful but a painful good if that makes sense haha. After three days I noticed a difference in my body. I was able to fall asleep without my hip feeling numb and didn't wake up feeling uncomfortable for once. I'm going to try and go more consistently so my body doesn't go back to its old ways.

In their response, they're asking me to reach out to the club manager to help resolve the matter. Had they taken the time to read my review, they would see that my issue also involves the manager. What's happening to business nowadays? ----------- Customer service is no longer part of their training or their vocabulary. The purple haired girl was happy to yell out to me that bags are no longer allowed on the gym floor. I mentioned that I would eventually cancel my membership and she quickly responded, "okay, let me cancel". I told her after today since I'm already planning to workout with my husband. I said, "I know it's not your policy but..." She didn't care to listen and instead rolled her eyes and turned to stare in space, while the manager stood behind her and just watched. I asked if I was bothering her. Later I approached the manager and she just defended her employee. Interesting and sad thing is that neither of them ever smiled nor greeted me. However, when that employee returned from break, they commented to one another and each smiled. So although they're capable of a smile, it's no longer directed toward their long-term customers. They care more about providing free service to the teens, than losing 3 long-term customers (my family). Shame on this franchise...this will probably be the next business to shut down because they don't know the foundation of customer service and communication.

The steam room has been completely redone, the new tile looks great, the gym is clean, and there's brand new equipment throughout. Anytime I address something negative about a business, I also want to acknowledge when they make things right -- and they absolutely did. Huge improvement all around. Nothing more you can ask for. I remember not being able to do more than a few jumping jacks when I first started and now I can do 200+!! Coach Des and Coach Lisa are always encouraging me and help to make sure I'm doing the exercises correctly so I don't get hurt. I'm able to schedule the classes online and they keep track of how many session attended to celebrate your milestones such as 25,50, 100 classes taken. I'm at 165 and can't wait to hit 250 soon! They also have a body scan that tracks your body composition so you can see how much your body is changing. 100% recommend this place!!
