Double checking that the tech does our entire lawn on multiple occasions, weeds that "just need more time" to go away, two months of charges while our account was on "hold" (and no services actually performed) rather than cancelled because we were waiting for management. To top it off, management waited months to "call back" , then ghosts us for over a week via email. We found a local provider and magically all the weeds are gone after just 1 application. read more

Avoid unless you'd like to babysit their techs each visit to ensure you're getting what you paid for. Management is useless and overpromises nearly every aspect of the business. We had multiple instances over the past 2 years where only our front yard was serviced, though we pay for the entire yard. Weeds out of control (isn't that their business?), return trips that were seemingly ineffective, and the time sitting on the phone and waiting for callbacks is embarrassing. We canceled in late July and still got charged in August and September, even though our service was "paused" and no service was completed at our house. We were promised return calls and that our account would be closed, never received a call or email from management. As of today, no refund has been received for the prior 2 months (without service). Find a more localized, personal, and competent business to take care of your lawn - these guys are not it. read more

So the salesman, "Denver" sold me that they did fescue yards all the time and they always make things right and will even come out and redo the yards if it rains or I'm not happy. First guy to show up starts spreading with a push spreader it's starts to rain, he loads up and and leaves marks it as done! I call they said they will come back about 3 and a half weeks later they spread it again I see on the camera he does around the house but not the other part is the yard! I call them they said they would come back out after two weeks of no shows I call and cancel my yearly subscription. I was out of town for a month and the guy who mows my yard with my mower when I'm gone said there was nothing to mow! The grass was all dead! He wasn't lying, I was told the spread the wrong pre emergent it was for Bermuda , that they would make it right and re seed. This is the Newnan location. read more

Tried their service. Had to cancel 2nd yr. Dishonest service. They mail a full report saying they serviced lawn. My 4 cameras showed no activity non my property that day. Made numerous complaints. Service manager offered a patronizing response, but service never improved. They don't cover the area that you're paying for with the product. It doesn't matter that they have been in business 22 years if the keep sending new hires with just one week's experience. New employee spilled full container of nitrogen fertilizer on my lawn, didn't say a word just drove off. I should have read these reviews prior to doing business with Unlimited Lawn Care. I needed something done about the weeds in my front and back yards. They came out Monday morning and sprayed for the weeds by Monday afternoon the weeds were beginning to die .Searra was friendly and very knowledgeable . This is the third lawn care service I have used and without any doubt the very worse yet. They never had me on the schedule for treatment and when they came out they lied about the service performed. All they basically ever did was spray post emergent which never worked. They can't prevent weeds, kill weeds or green up your grass. I don't see how they stay in business.I have asked for a refund on my remaining services. We'll see how that goes.... read more

One of the worst companies I have dealt with in years. Weeds were not addressed. Called six times left messages and 3 texts to sales manger and no response so after two weeks i canceled them. Lied on when the money was supposed to be ducted from my account which was suppose to be the first of the month. They ended up taking the money out of my account immediately after the service. We signed up for Unlimited to help the yard of the rental property we lived in. A year later, due to us purchasing a home we called and spoke with the gentleman that we normally dealt with. In an attempt to keep our business, which is totally understandable, he offered to give us a quote for the next property. We received the quote but other companies were able to beat them out so we cancelled. Throughout the year after each service we would receive an email stating what had been done. The first month after our cancellation we did not receive any email (as we shouldn't have because we no longer had service with them) however out of nowhere we received an email stating the lawn had been serviced. I called and explained that the service had been cancelled ( we constantly receive text messages, phone calls and have voicemails asking us to renew our service) but Sandra, a supervisor in the billing department told me they had no record of it getting cancelled. She charged me half the price and gave me a "verbal"cancellation code. When I requested that an email be sent while I waited on the line. I was told that she has a que of 20 people and it would take a while to be able to email me. While the service itself seemed fine, I would caution everyone from dealing with a company who is able to generate quotes and receipts immediately, therefore securing payments, but unable to successfully notate a cancellation or even provide a paper trail of said cancellation. read more

Left true green for unlimited think it would be cheaper but they bill you every month so it's actually not cheaper. Only treated my lawn once in January and was billed for February and march and realized they billed me and said service was done while I was out of town and realized no one hadn't even showed up. Nathan Clavis from the Columbus, Georgia branch serviced my lawn today and I was actually out working in the yard when he arrived. Nathan was very personable and quite professional. He waved and gave me the greeting of the day right away. He ensured that he covered my entire lawn and carried on a pleasant conversation while doing so. I was honestly impressed by his friendliness and the way he talked about how far my lawn has come since Unlimited Lawn Services started treating it. My lawn has improved 1000 percent; greener, thicker, and hardly any weeds at all. I would recommend Unlimited Lawn Care and Nathan to anyone needing excellent lawn care. On a separate note, as I was typing this review, I happen to read all of the negative comments about Unlimited Lawn Care and it would be really scary if I didn't already know better. My wife and I are retired so we are home almost every time our technician shows up and our lawn has always been done properly. Again, I am amazed at how well my lawn has responded since hiring Unlimited Lawn Care. Not saying that someone is lying, I am just saying that I am enjoying a wonderful experience and more than pleased so far. read more

Customer service is unacceptable. As you can see my from my previous reviews, I am not one to write negative reviews but I am doing so because I asked for a manager to call me on two different occasions to discuss the situation and got no response. I told them that if I did not hear from a manager, I was canceling my service and giving a bad review. I believe in giving a company an opportunity to address issues, but they clearly do not care about keeping a customer. Three times in a row, they sent an automated message saying that the technician would be out the following day. All three times they were a no-show. I waited a week and had to call them to ask why no one had come out and they did not have an answer for me other than it had to get rescheduled and did not know when they would be able to come out. Prior to that we went three months without anyone coming out to treat the lawn. I had to call them to find out why. They blamed me for no one coming out because I had requested that we have the same technician treat our lawn for each visit so, instead of calling and discussing it with me, they just didn't send anyone at all. I wish I had asked the name of the lady that answers the phone, but she is incredibly rude and refused to commit to having a manager call me. I would not recommend this company to anybody. It sounds like it used to be a good company, but looking at the reviews, it appears that most of the bad reviews are from recent customers. Again, I truly believe in giving a company the opportunity to fix a problem, but they showed no signs that this is what they want to do. And as a result of all of these issues, my lawn is covered in weeds. read more

I have had issues with prior lawn services. Two years ago, Eric of Unlimited Lawn Care, 678-541-3119, presented an offer I could not refuse. As a result, the lawn is on point to the point that I made three referrals and two persons signed a contract on the street. Cole, the technician, has caused neighbors to take a second look. I Contacted Unlimited to request an estimate for treating my lawn. I was giving a quote of $60 for 4 treatments. I explained this was too high as I previously was paying $45 for 3 treatments. I told them no thanks. Then I hired a local firm for the three treatments and a lower price and they came and performed an application. Unfortunately Unlimited came the next day and went right over the top of the day before treatment. I called my lawn care service and they suggested I over water to keep the yard from burning up. I ask my son-in-law to contact them to tell the story since I feel I've been taken advantage of because of my age. They were rude and refused to help. They intend on charging me even though I did not hire them. Now my son-in-law is turning this over to his attorney, even though it's a small amount, he feels there rudeness and there attempt to take advantage is unacceptable. S. Powers read more

I agreed to purchase this service after speaking with a salesman who was going door to door in my subdivision. I had a pretty bad weed problem so I figured I'd give it a try. I signed up and prepaid for a year of service. I didn't notice any change after the first few applications so I began to review my security footage of the tech when he showed up to my house. He would spend on average 5 minutes walking through the middle of my yard then get in his vehicle and leave. He somehow fertilized my yard and sprayed weeds in 5 minutes. After 12 months of treatment my yard actually looked considerably worse than it did before. But it gets better! A month after the service ended I got a bill for 40.00. After calling and getting passed around to several different people for 30 minutes I was able to discuss this issue. I had signed up for a year of service and prepaid, refused their offer of auto renewal over the phone yet they claim that their services continue until they are cancelled. Even without me signing anything agreeing to it apparently. So I continue to get emails and calls wanting me back as a customer and the next email is a threat to send the account to collections. I signed up because a neighbor had the service and I was new in the area. The lawn care service was reasonable, but the service was just okay. They were constantly trying to sell up and rack up a pricey lawn bill. The final straw was when they would not take care of some poison ivy by my house saying it could not be killed, which I knew was untrue. So, I took care of it myself and terminated my lawn care service. Afterwards I was bombarded with texts and phone calls to restart service even though I was quite clear that I was really unhappy with their lawn service. This year I am still getting calls and I am tired of it. The calls make me more upset with the company and I regret ever hiring a lawn care service. I found their service very mediocre and their products were not professional lawn products but seemed to be Home Depot quality; I actually believe I buy higher quality products at Home Depot and my own lawn care is far better than what I paid for. Unlimited Pestering would be an ideal name for this company. Today I had the second call in a week and I told the lady I did not want to be called and she hung up on me.
