They messed up my return by inputting wrong figures e.g $892 instead of $392 and more. In fact before being audited IRS would not accept the return because they messed up on my daughters SSN (another typo). The worse part is their customer service. After taking our preparation fee and so many typos. They did not care to review their work when we got audited. Instead it was hard to reach them and we kept getting the run around. This has been my most frustrating experience with a business. We never had any issues with our taxes with another Preparer or when I'd use Turbo Tax. Oh and they insisted that we asked them to file for us when I had only clearly asked for an estimate.
