I booked To Suit Your Fancy about a month before my wedding. I regret it…read more I should have gone with my gut feeling. They did respond to emails, but we had problems when we called to book an appointment. When I first contacted them I was greeted by the answering machine. They didn't bother to call me back for over a week until my wedding planner told them I was going to look for someone else. Then suddenly they were all about returning my call. Again, when we tried to pick up our decor after our wedding, we called to make sure someone was in the office, but no one answered or returned our call again. We took a chance and showed up. Sure enough, Ainslie was there, surfing the internet, her phone next to her. But the bigger problem happened the day before my wedding. When I booked, I signed a contract and put down a deposit. The price was set as a certain amount that I agreed to. We went in the day before the wedding to drop off our items and pay the rest of the cost. But suddenly the price was higher than I remembered. If I hadn't asked Ainslie about the change in price, she never would have acknowledged it. Apparently, there were extra costs because of where my venue was--even though she knew where it was from before I made my deposit. It was an extra $400 that we hadn't agreed to. If I had known before hand, I would have booked a different company at the price point I wanted. I didn't feel like I had a choice. My wedding was the next day. I could refuse to pay...and then what? Not have my decor? At the end of the day the decor was ok. Not what I envisioned and had talked about, but it looked alright. I would not recommend these guys.

Her team knew exactly what they were doing and had everything set up efficiently as well as beautifully. Her staff did an amazing job getting the food ready and making sure it was delicious as well as gorgeous. Not only hardworking, they were engaged as they toted everything back and forth. They were all very helpful and professional. They all worked together as a well-trained, well-prepared team. I have no complaints, and no suggestions on how it could have been more perfect.
